Изобретение относитс  к деревообрабатывающей промышленности, а именно к производству плит повышенной водостойкости. Известен экстракт фенольной очист ки масл ных фракций, примен емый в качестве компонента котельного топлива С 11. Недостатком его  вл етс  нерациональное использование. Известно использование парафина в качестве гидрофобизатора дл  древесностружечных плит 02. Недостатками известного гидрофоби затора  вл ютс  то, что он незначительно эффективен дл  плит на фенолформальдегидном св дующем, а также  вл етс  дефицитным продуктом. Цель изобретени  - повышение физи комеханических показателей древесностружечных плит на фенолформальдегидном св зующем, а также расширение ассортимента гидрофобизатора и снижение себестоимости плит. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в качестве гидрофобизатора дл  древесностружечных плит на фенолформальдегидном св зующем примен ют экстракт фенольно очистки масл ных фракций. Дл  получени  древесностружечных плит готов тгсмеси, содержащие стружку , фенолформальдегидное св зующее СФЖ-ЗОЙ и гидрофобизаторы (.экстракт фенольной очистки масл ных фракций и парафин), отличающиес  содержанием гидрофизаторов. Плиты прессуют при удельном давлении 2,2 МПа и . Полученные плиты имеют физико-механические Показатели, указанные в таблице. Таким образом, изобретение позво- л ет получать древесностружечные плиты на фенолформальдегидном св зующем , имеющие более низкую себестоимость и высокие физико-механические показатели.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the woodworking industry, namely to the production of high water resistance boards. This goal is achieved by using a phenol-formaldehyde extract oil purification extractor as a water-repellent agent for chipboard on a phenol-formaldehyde binder. For the production of particle boards, ready-made mixtures containing chips, phenol-formaldehyde binder SFZ-ZOY and water repellents (extract of phenolic cleaning of oil fractions and paraffin), differing in the content of hydrophysing agents. The plates are pressed at a specific pressure of 2.2 MPa and. The plates obtained have physical and mechanical parameters indicated in the table. Thus, the invention makes it possible to obtain chipboard boards with a phenol-formaldehyde binder, which have lower cost and high physical and mechanical properties.
