1. A known method for separating technetium from the sum of frag elements using tetrafenylarsony chloride for the extraction of technetium (Y11) chloride. Uranium dioxide irradiated with neutrons or protons is dissolved in dilute sulfuric acid and the solution is treated with ammonium persulfate. Elemental iodine is extracted with toluene. The aqueous solution is boiled, neutralized with ammonium carbonate and again treated with ammonium persulfate. Technetium (V11) is extracted with a solution of tetraphenylarsoni chloride in chloroform. The extract is washed with dilute sulfuric acid and bakedtextrate technetium with 0.2 M solutions of perchloric acid or 8 M solutions of nitric acid. The output of the technology is that the purification factor of uranium and turf products of reactions, including niobium, is 10, the radiochemical pure product is more than 99%. The disadvantage of this method is that it does not allow separation of technetium from macrobial amounts of niobium. . Under the conditions of the method, it is impossible (but to prevent the precipitation of niobium, which is a macrocomponent). The chemical purity of the isolated technetium HiisKa due to the presence of an admixed extractant and a significant background of mineral acids. Thus, the method is not suitable for the separation of technetium from niobium cyclotron targets. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed method is the method / which consists in that the target niobium irradiated with alpha particles is dissolved in a mixture of acids H The HNC F is treated with a solution of hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid is added to a concentration of 3-5 M and extracted with chnetium (U11) methylbutyl ketone. The extract is washed from the main amounts of extracted niobium and acids with 3-5 M solutions of sulfuric acid. Then the extract is added isooctane to 10% by volume and repeated washing from niobium is carried out. A new portion of iso-octane is added to the extract to a content of 70% by volume and the technetium is extracted with ammonia solutions. The technetium yield is niobium in the target product is 30-50; f2j. The disadvantage of the process is the low technetium yield, the multi-step process and the low chemical content of the product due to the content of organic substances — condensation products of ketone and mineral background — ammonium sulfate. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield and purity of the product and reduce the number of operations. The goal is achieved by dissolving niobium irradiated with alpha particles in a caustic alkali melt, extraction of technetium (U11) is carried out with tetraalkylammonium chloride, bromide or nitrate in an organic solvent, and aliphatic alcohol Cf-C is added (before concentration) it is in the extract 70-80 pb.%. The method differs in dissolving niobium in a caustic alkali melt, in using chloride, bromide, or tetraalkylammonium nitrate as an extractant and in adding technecyliphatic aliphatic acid before reextraction. alcohol Cg-C, to a content of 70-80% by volume in the extract. Cesium hydroxide is preferably used as caustic alkali, since in this case the maximum dissolution rate of niobium is achieved at low melt temperatures and the maximum under conditions of this method purity of the target product. The use of edible alkali allows the conversion of macroquantities of niobium into solution in the form of anionic forms, which are poorly extracted with extracts known for technetium (HC). This makes it possible to more selectively release technetium from solutions containing large amounts of niobium, and reduces the number of stages required to reset niobium. The use of tetraalkylammonium chloride, bromide or nitrate in the quality of the extractant provides a quantitative extraction of technetium (CN) in a single extraction with a cleaning factor of niobium and other impurities of the target material. The extractant used is resistant to decomposition under the action of alkali and radiation and does not introduce any organic impurities into the target solution of technetium. Addition of Cg-C to gshiphatic alcohol extract to 70-80% by volume. it is necessary to ensure the completeness of technetium (HC) re-extraction and to reduce the mineral background in the target product. The reduction of Cj-C alcohol in an amount of less than 70% by volume leads to a rapid increase in the number of re-extraction steps, a decrease in yield and an increase in the target solution of technetium extraneous mineral salts. Adding it in the amount of more than 80 vol.% Causes unnecessary excessive consumption of alcohol, as in this case, a further increase in the yield of technetium and the purity of the target solution is negligible. Example 1. A 1 g niobium plate is irradiated with ot-particles (42 MeV) and placed in a Teflon machine with a non-hermetic lid, 15 g of cesium hydroxide are added, the beaker is placed on a sand bath and maintained at 240-280 ° C until niobium is completely dissolved , To the solidified melt (), add 25 ml of water, 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide and hold the BcuoT solution at 80 ° C for 20 minutes. After cooling the solution to room temperature, technetium is extracted with 3 ml of a 5-10 M solution of ethyltrioctylammonium nitrate in toluene. Phase shaking time 5 min. The extract is washed with a 1 M solution of ammonium carbonate, 8 ml of amyl alcohol (70 vol.%) Are added to it, and technetium is extracted with three portions of 15 ml of 1 M solution of ailmonium carbonate. The combined reextracts are washed once with 10 ml of toluene and evaporated to 5 ml to concentrate the desired NH.TcO, decompose (NH4) 2C and remove the traces of washing toluene. The yield of technetium is 96.3%. The radiochemical purity of Tc-95 m is not less than 99.8%, the content of niobium in the target solution is less than 30 y, the content is less than 100. Example 2. A plate of irradiated niobium weighing 1 g is dissolved according to an example. 1, technetium 3 ml of a 310 M solution of tetraoctyl hymonium chloride in toluene is extracted from the obtained aqueous solution. The extract is washed with a 1 M ammonium carbonate solution, 12 ml of hexyl alcohol (80% by volume) is added to the extract and technetium is extracted with three portions of 15 ml each of 1 M ammonium carbonate solution. The combined and washed with toluene reextracts are evaporated to 5 m. The yield of technetium is 97%, the niobium content is less than 30 C / NH4Ce content is less than 70. Example 3. A 1 g plate of irradiated niobium is dissolved according to example 1, 3 ml is extracted from the resulting aqueous solution 5-10 M solution of tetraoctylammonium bromide in benzene. The extract is washed with a 1 M ammonium carbonate solution, 12 ml of amyl alcohol is added and technetium is extracted with three portions of a 1 M solution of carbonate carbonate. The combined and washed with benzene reextracts evaporated to 5 ml. The technetium yield is 96.5%, the radiochemical purity is 99.8%, the niobium content is less than 30 y,. content 120 3-. Example 4. A niobium target (10 g) irradiated with e-particles (42 MeV) is removed from the copper substrate, placed in a teflon cup with a non-hermetic lid, add. 150 grams of cesium hydroxide are placed and the beaker is placed in a sand bath at 280 ° C until niobium is completely dissolved. The dissolution time is l / 7 h for the target, shot in the form of plates, and l / 4 h for the chips. 250 ml of water, 0.5 ml of hydrogen peroxide are added to the solidified melt () and the solution is kept at 80 ° C in 20 1i1in. The resulting aqueous solution is cooled to room temperature and extracted with technetium 10 ml of a solution of tetraoctylammonium chloride in toluene. The extract is washed with ammonium carbonate solution, 35 ml of amyl alcohol is added to it and the technetium tray is extracted in portions of 45 ml of saturated ammonium carbonate solution. The combined reextracts are washed with toluene and distilled to 5 ml. The yield of technetium is 96.6%, the chemical purity is not less than 99.8%, the content of niobium in the target solution is less than 30 j, and the content is 200} -. The advantages of the proposed method are an increase in the yield of technetium and the purity of the target product, which will reduce the loss of m in the form of radioactive waste by 20–23%.
