Description
(54) PIPE STRETCHER
H3o6pefeHHe relates to construction and can be used in the construction of trunk pipelines. The pipeline is known to be made in the form of a pair of symmetrically arranged ballast weights adjacent to the pipeline, interconnected at the top of the pipeline by means of hinge fingers placed one below the other and horizontally arranged springs 1. However, ensuring reliable fixation on the pipeline and eliminating the loss of its stability, ut Due to the presence of springs and the pivot fingers, the preference is difficult to manufacture. The closest technical solution to the invention is the pipeline pipeline, which includes a ballast weight placed in an aquatic environment and not closed around the pipeline and a pair of floats 2 associated with it. The disadvantage of the known pipeline that excludes the possibility of its tipping is due to the need wiring pontoons under the pipeline. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the installation of the fitting by eliminating the posting of its pontoons under the pipeline while maintaining stability on the pipeline. In order to achieve this, the goal of the pipeline is to provide ballast weight with a bar mounted on its upper surface, and floats are strengthened at the ends of the crossbar, while the height of the rack is equal to the depth of the upper surface of the ballast weight relative to the water mirror. changing the elevations of the water mirror, the bolt on the stand is installed with the possibility of free vertical displacement. FIG. Figure 1 shows the device in normal working condition, frontal view; in fig. 2 - the same when trying to lose stability. The pipeline choker includes a ballast weight 2 placed in the aquatic environment and unclosed around the pipeline I and a pair of floats 3 associated with it. The ballast weight 2 is provided with
Высота стойки 5 равна глубине расположени верхней поверхности 4 балластного груза относительно зеркала 7 воды и в частном случае ригель 6 на стойке 5 установлен с возможностью свободного вертикального смещени .its upper surface is 4 resistant 5 with a bolt 6, and the floats are fixed at the ends of the bolt. The height of the post 5 is equal to the depth of the upper surface 4 of the ballast weight relative to the water mirror 7 and in the particular case the bolt 6 on the post 5 is mounted with the possibility of free vertical displacement.
Works ut pipelines as follows.
Так как обе силы создают моменты одного направлени действи , попытка потери устойчивости ут желител окажетс ликвидированной .In the normal operating condition, the pipeline 1 is loaded with the mass of the ballast weight 2, while the bolt 6 with floats 3 is at the level of the water mirror 7. When changing the elevations of the water mirror, the bolt with floats accordingly changes its elevation position relative to the upper surface 4 of the ballast weight. In the case of an attempt to lose stability of the ut gel and tilt the ballast weight 2 together with the pillar 5, the rack will be pinched by the bolt 6. As a result, one of the floats will begin to sink and its upward pulling force FI will increase, and the other float will practically lose interaction with water and the bolt will act downward force p2 of its weight. Since both forces create moments of the same direction of action, the attempt to lose the stability of the emulator will be eliminated.
Thus, as a result of the upper arrangement of the floats, the installation of the fixture is greatly facilitated while maintaining its stability in the pipeline.
