Description
(5) METHOD FOR MEASURING DYNAMIC DEFORMATIONS
The invention relates to a measurement technique, in particular, to methods for measuring deformations, and to be used in measuring dynamic deformations with semiconductor strain gages. A known method for measuring deformations, consisting in that a strain gauge semiconductor sensor with terminals located symmetrically with respect to the center of the sensor at the minimum possible technological limitations distance from each other, is positioned on the object so that the deformation wave propagation velocity vector is collinear connecting the attachment points of the terminals 1. However, the frequency range of the deformations measured by this method is fundamentally limited by the distance between the terminals, which is not Jet be made less than a certain value asledstvie technological difficulties and rapid reduction in signal amplitude at a convergence between the points of attachment pins. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed method is the method of measuring dynamic deformations, which consists in the fact that a strain gauge sensor having a monotonic linear increase in resistivity in the direction of its longitudinal axis, achieved, for example, by profiling its width or thickness, so that the velocity vector of the propagation of the deformation wave and the gradient of specific conductivity are directed opposite to each other 2. However, the known method does not provide ivaet sufficiently wide frequency band when measuring dynamic strain, since the possibility to measure the resistivity within the sensor base
также ограничены вследствие малых размеров датчика.also limited due to the small size of the sensor.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the frequency range of the measured deformations.
This goal is achieved in that according to the method of measuring dynamic deformations, which consists in the fact that the strain gauge. having a monotonous increase of specificity- 10 ba
ного сопротивлени в направлении его продольной оси, располагают так, чтобы вектор скорости распространени волны деформации и градиент удельного сопротивлени были напревлены противоположно друг другу, используют датчик, имеющий также и монотонное возрастание тензочувствительности , совпадающее по направлению с возрастанием удельного сопротивлени .The resistance in the direction of its longitudinal axis is positioned so that the velocity vector of the propagation of the deformation wave and the resistivity gradient are matched opposite to each other, a sensor is used that also has a monotonic increase in stress sensitivity, coinciding in direction with increasing resistivity.
The drawing shows curves illustrating the change in the resistivity K and the stress sensitivity p along the longitudinal axis of the sensor.
The method is carried out as follows.
A strain gauge sensor is made of a semiconductor material with a monotonic increase in the resistivity and strain sensitivity in the direction of its longitudinal axis, for example, by creating a non-uniform distribution of the dopant concentration. The fabricated sensor is located on the object on which the dynamic deformations are measured so that the velocity vector of the propagation of the deformation wave and the gradients of resistivity and strain sensitivity are directed opposite to; but to each other. With the passage of a deformation wave in the direction of the X axis, the maximum contribution to the resulting sensor signal is made by those parts of it where electrical resistance and strain sensitivity reach maximum values, which is equivalent to reducing the fictitious base length of the strain gauge strain sensor. This effect increases with increasing values of resistivity gradients and strain gages.
Использование предлагаемого спососредств измерени динамических деформаций , что весьма существенно при изучении импульсных процессов, получающих в технике все большее распространение .The use of the proposed means of measuring dynamic deformations, which is very important in the study of impulse processes that are becoming more common in engineering.
