Description
(54) COLLECTOR FOR FLOTATION OF POTASSIUM ORES The invention relates to flotation reagents, in particular, aliphatic amines, which are suitable for flotation of potassium ores. It is known to use for the flotation of potassium ores amines containing the Ca fraction - 18%, 10%, C 4l7% C. However, such communes are effective for flotation of fine-grained ores (-0.3 my) in the absence of clayey rocks. It is known to use for the flotation of potassium ores amines, containing 23% fraction, C, 42%, which provide flotation of ore up to 1-2. However, these amines significantly increase their efficiency when the temperature of the flotation liquor increases to 30-40 0. To improve flotation in liquors when the temperature of liquors varies from 20 to 20, amines with an even number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon radical are used as a collector, and at a temperature of 2O-30 C liquors containing fractions of C ffc ratio of 1: 1: 1, and at a temperature of 30-40 0 - Cibf fractions 2o also with soo wearing of 1: 1: 1 SOC flotation reagent disadvantage of this is the need to change the fractional composition of amines in dependence on seasonal fluctuations in temperature, which requires Industrial production of amines of various compositions. In addition, deficient fatty acids of animal-like origin are required for the production of such amines. The closest in technical terms to the proposed is the use of a collector for the flotation of potash ores based on aliphatic amines containing an even and odd number of hydrocarbon atoms in the radical 14. However, the use of such fractional composition of the amine does not provide stable qualitative and quantitative indicators of ore flotation with temperature liquor from 20 to. The purpose of the invention is to increase the flotation activity of the reagent. This goal is achieved by the fact that the collector contains a mixture of aliphatic amines, the hydrocarbon radicals of which contain from 8 to 28 carbon atoms and the following component ratios, wt%: Primary aliphatic amines with the number of carbon atoms in the radical from 8 to 143-15 Primary aliphatic amines with the number of carbon atoms in the radical from 15 to 2028-72 Primary aliphatic amines with the number of carbon atoms in the radical from 21 to 2825-65 The indicated ratio of low, medium and high molecular weight fractions of amine. Contributes to the formation of salt solution of mixed micelles amine optimum dispersion that enhances the performance of flotation KC1. With an increase in the content of fractions and lower than more than 15%, the hydrophobization of KC1 deteriorates and its extraction into the froth product decreases accordingly. At the same time flotation of clay slimes is formed, which reduces the selectivity of the process. The content of fractions and higher than 25-60% makes it possible to float KC1 in the range of the liquor temperature 20–40 ° С with obtaining stable indices independent of the temperature of the liquor. When the content of this fraction is less than 30%, the hydrophobic ejaculation of KC1, especially its coarse fractions, decreases, and a decrease in the recovery of KC1 into the concentrate is observed, especially at elevated temperature of the liquors. An increase in the content of Cj fractions and an increase of more than 60% affects the flotation of KC1 at a liquor temperature of 35-40 ° C, however, at a temperature of 20-25 ° C liquor, the flotation of KC1 deteriorates sharply due to the intensive salting out of high molecular weight amine (7 / C, 2 °) at this temperature in saturated salt liquor. For example, flotation tests were carried out in a 137 FL flotomachine. with a chamber volume of 0.5 liters. The weighed ore with a particle size of 1-0.8- + 0.5 mm was 150 g. Na CMC (600 g / t) was used for the depression of the insoluble residue (n. O.). Frother pine oil (10 g / t). Experiments at elevated temperatures were carried out in a special heating chamber with preliminary bringing the ore, melox and reagent solutions to the required temperature. Amine consumption 100 g per ton of ore. Tests were carried out on 7 amine samples. The main indicator of the flotation activity of amines is the recovery of potassium chloride in the concentrate. . - Results - laboratory tests are presented in the table.
