Description
(54) METHOD OF IMPREGNATION - FATING SKIN TISSUE OF FUR SKINS
The invention relates to light industry and can be used in fur production. Sheepskin and fur semi-finished product is characterized by a rather low bond strength of the papillary and reticular layers of leather. During technological processing, especially under mechanical effects, layer separation often occurs, which reduces the quality of the finished product. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed method is the method of impregnating skin leather of fur skins, mainly sheepskin, consisting in impregnating them with an ammonia solution and a high molecular weight compound and a fatting agent, bedding and rolling back. According to this method, the skins are treated with an ammonia solution of an acrylic emulsion A, while the pH of the solution is 8.5-8.6, during the treatment a fatting agent — ammonium soap, dissolved in 2 times the amount of water is introduced into the solution. The disadvantage of this method is The fact that leather fabric becomes stiff. The purpose of the invention is to increase the elasticity of the leather fabric of the fur. This goal is achieved due to the fact that according to the method of impregnating the fat of the leather fabric, fur skins, mainly sheepskin, which impregnate them with an ammonia solution of a high molecular weight compound and a fattening agent -100 g / l and pH 9-9.5, as a fattening agent - alizarin oil with a concentration of 5-6 g / l, and the impregnation is carried out by applying a mixture of these components to the skin surface from the side of the bakhtarma with the consumption of protein hydrolyzate of 0.40-0.75 g / dm 2. Example 1. A solution with a pH of 9 containing 90 g / l of hydrolyzate protein substances and 6 is applied to the surface of the sheepskins from the bakhtarma side with a brush g / l alizarin oil Solution consumption per sheepskin (with an average area of 55 dm) 245 ml or 400 g of proteinaceous substances per 1000 dm of sheepskin.
Lay down for 2 hours. After being impregnated with a solution, the sheepskin is folded into a pile of hair inside. The haulage is carried out in the haulage drum with a supply of thermal air with a temperature of 35-40 C. The haul duration is 2 hours.
Example 2. Sheepskins are treated analogously to Example 1. The concentration of the protein substances of the hydrolyzate in the solution is 100 g / l,
Load at razlizarinovogo oil 6 g / l, pH 9. The solution consumption per one sheepskin 330 ml or 600 g of protein substances per 1000 dm square.
Example 3. Sheepskins are treated analogously to Example 1. The concentration of the protein substances of the hydrolyzate in a solution is 100 g / l, the alizarin oil is 6 g / l, pH 9.5. Solution consumption per sheepskin 412 ml or 750 g of protein per 1000 dm area.
The data of physico-mechanical tests of leather sheepskin fur, processed according to the proposed and known methods, are given in the table.
