(54) МЕШАЛКА-НАСОС(54) PUMPER

Изобретение относитс  к мал рным работам и может быть использовано дл  размешивани  в таре и разлива лакокрасочных материалов. Известно устройство дл  перемешивани  красок и растворов, содержаш,ее т гу с кожухом и коаксиально установленным в нем полым валом 1. Известно также устройство дл  перемешивани  жидкой краски 2. Недостатком известных устройств  вл етс  то, что они служат только дл  перемешивани . Кроме этого, известно приспособление дл  слива краски из бочек 3. Недостатком данного устройства  вл етс  то, что оно не позвол ет перемешивать материал. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сушности  вл етс  приспособление дл  размешивани  и разлива краски из бочек, содержашее корпус с вмонтированными в него засасываюшей и сливной трубами , установленный в засасываюшей трубе шнек, св занный при помощи стержн  с приводом, закрепленный в корпусе направл юший стержень 4. Однако это устройство не обеспечивает качественное и интенсивное размешивание лакокрасочных материалов, так как создает размешивающий эффект лишь в небольшом объеме жидкости, а дл  полного размешивани  необходимо перемешать вручную сам шнек вместе с засасывающей грубой круговыми движени ми внутри емкости. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества и интенсивности перемешивани . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в мешалке-насосе дл  перемешивани  и разлива лакокрасочных материалов, содержащей корпус с заборной и соединенной с ней сливной трубами, установленный в заборной трубе на приводном валу шнек и привод, приводной вал установлен с возможностью осевого перемещени  и снабжен закрепленной на его консольном конце вилкой, в которой верхним концом укреплен шнек, выполненный в виде двух полушнеков. На фиг. 1 изображена мешалка-насос в режиме мешалки, обший вид; на фиг. 2 - пара полушнеков в режиме насоса; на фиг. 3разрез А-А на фиг. 2. Мешалка-насос содержит корпус 1 с вмонтированными в него заборной 2 и сливной 3 трубами, пару полушнеков 4, размещенных на оси 5 в вилке приводного вала 6, св занного с приводом 7, при помощи узла 8 креплени .
