Description

Изобретение относитс  к области галлообрабатывающего инструмента. Известны концевые фрезы дл  обработки плоских поверхностей 1. Недостатком таких фрез  вл етс  то, что при обработке, например, боковых стенок пазов они изгибаютс , в результате чего вноситс  погрешность на перпендикул рность стенок к дну паза. Цель изобретени  - повышение точности обработки плоских поверхностей путем компенсации изгиба фрезы в нропессс резани . Цель достигаетс  тем, что режущие зубь  выполн ютс  с уклоном в CTopOiiy хвостовика. Величина уклона зависит от условий обработки и выбираетс  такой, чтобы в процессе резани  пр молинейна  образующа  конической поверхности, образованна  вращением режущих кромок, была бы перпендикул рна дну паза. На фиг. 1 показана известна  фреза в процессе обработки боковой стенки паза; на фиг. 2 - предложенна  фреза в процессе обработки. Величины а и Ь характеризуют уклон или конусность боковых стенок паза. Предложенна  фреза позвол ет повысить точность обработки. The values of a and b characterize the slope or taper of the side walls of the groove. The proposed milling cutter can improve machining accuracy.
