Description
This invention relates to dyeing finishing. Textile auxiliaries are known to intensify the dyeing of materials from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers with mixtures of direct and acid dyes, so-called reserve preparations, which are condensation products of sulfonated oxyaromatic compounds with formaldehyde, for example, condensation products with b -naphthalenesulfonic acid with cresol and formaldehyde, weakly sulfonated products based on artificial phenolic resin, sodium salts of the condensation product of cresol with formaldehyde i Known Also, a TBB composition for intensifying the process of dyeing fabrics from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers with mixtures of direct and acid dyes, containing a mixture of sulfanes and hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid with hexamethyltetraamine 2. The disadvantage of this TBB is the complexity of the technology. The most affordable TBE for intensifying dyeing of materials from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers is sulphonated condensate of a cr.Esol 3 with 2-naphthol and formaldehyde (effect S-13) of the formula: -dH-tf CH Chg color stability to wet friction and sweat and low reserving properties (see table). The purpose of the invention is to increase the color stability to wet friction and sweat and to enhance the retaining effect of TBB. The goal is achieved by the fact that a well-known textile auxiliary substance for intensifying the dyeing of materials from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers with mixtures of direct and acid dyes based on sulfonated cresol condensate with 2-naphthol and formaldehyde additionally contains urea , g / l:
Sulfonated cresol condensate with 2-naphthol
20-40and formaldehyde 0.1-0.22 Urea 20-40
Example 1. A fabric from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers at 40-45 C is treated for 15 minutes with a TBB composition consisting of 0.1 g / l of sulphurized cresol condensate with 2-naphthol and formaldehyde 40 g / l of urea. A mixture of direct and acid dyes is then introduced and the temperature of the edge raised to. For 50 minutes, the wool component is dyed. Then the temperature is reduced to the optimum recommended for the selected direct dye and painted for 30-40 minutes. This is followed by rinsing with warm and cold water.
Example 2. Fabric processing from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers at 40-45 ° C for 15 minutes is performed with a TBB composition containing 0.22 g / sulphonated cresol condensate with 2-naphthol and formaldehyde and
1.0 g / l of urea. The dyeing of the wool and viscose components is carried out as in Example 1.
Example 3. Fabric processing from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers was carried out for 15 minutes at 40-45 ° C with a composition containing 0.16 g / l of sulphurized cresol condensate with 2-naphthol and formaldehyde and 30 t / l of urea. Further dyeing fabric
2.from a mixture of wool and viscose fibers produced as in Examples 1 and 2.
