Description

(54) METHOD OF FIXING WALLS WALLS

1one

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mining, namely to fastening the walls of wells with casing.

1.There is a known method of fixing the walls of a well by a casing made of thin metal strip 1.

The disadvantage of this method is that it requires additional equipment to form a casing tape.

2.There is also known a method of fastening the borehole walls with a casing pipe made in the form of a spirally laid metal tape, the adjacent layers of which are overlapped, while the tape itself consists of separate diagonally-shaped sectors hinged on the short sides and reinforced along the long sides stiffeners 2.

A disadvantage of the known method is that the casing of the boreholes is carried out by a casing pipe made by successively increasing individual sections, which requires the cost of manufacturing each individual section and assembling them.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the costs of well construction by reducing the costs of the casing.

The goal is achieved by the method of forming a casing according to the method.

5 by lowering into a well a metal tape laid in a roll, the outer end of which is fixed to the bottom, and the inner one is rotated in the direction opposite to the winding of the tape with simultaneous axial

In addition, the roll may be lowered into the well partially deployed in the axial direction, and its diameter is less than the diameter of the well.

The method is carried out as follows.

Claims (2)

1956. The metal tape, previously laid into a roll, is lowered to the bottom of the well, while the outer end of the tape is bent away from the roll at a right angle and closed on the bottom by pressing it into the ground. Then the inner end of the tape roll is rotated in the direction opposite to the winding of the tape with simultaneous axial movement from the bottom. When this occurs, the roll is pulled out in length and the roll turns expand to the borehole walls. In doing so, the metal tape is laid in a spiral in the pipe, and to form a strong pipe that prevents water from draining, the adjacent layers of the metal tape are overlapped. The outer end of the tape, which extends to the wellhead, is secured in a manner similar to the inner one, having pressed the bent end of the tape into the ground. The metal tape laid in a roll can be partially deployed in the axial direction before being lowered into the well, and the diameter of this roll as well as the previous grip should be smaller than the diameter of the well. The technical and economic efficiency of the proposed method consists in accelerated well construction and reduction of associated costs. Claim 1. The method of attaching the walls of a well with a casing pipe made in the form of a spiral-laid metal strip, the adjacent layers of which have an overlap, characterized in that, in order to reduce the cost of building a well by reducing the costs of the casing, into the well of a metal tape laid in a roll, the outer end of which is fixed on the bottom, and the inner end is rotated in the direction opposite to the winding of the tape with simultaneous axial movement from bo 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the coil is lowered into the well partially deployed in the axial direction, and its diameter is less than the diameter of the well.
