Description
(54) REVERSIBLE SNAP MECHANISM
1.The invention relates to machine building and can be used in ratchet mechanisms requiring roaring without stopping the drive, as well as in mechanisms with a reversible hand drive. The reversible ratchet mechanism is known, which includes a housing, a ratchet wheel, a swinging drive link installed on the last transfer pawl and an additional transfer pawl ij. The disadvantage of this mechanism is the separate and obligatory transfer of both dogs at the reverse. The closest in technical essence and achievable result of the invention is a reversible ratchet mechanism containing a ratchet wheel, a swinging link, a double-sided pawl mounted on the latter, a flip lock acting on it, on the axis of which a double-shouldered lever is fixed, and a control trigger. The latter is located on the swinging leading link 2. The disadvantage of this mechanism is the lack of elements preventing spontaneous rotation of the ratchet wheel. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the mechanism. . This objective is achieved in that the mechanism is provided with an additional double-sided pawl placed on the body, an additional reversible latch with a two-arm lever and flexible rods connecting the two arms through the center of rotation of the ratchet wheel. In addition, in order to improve the operating conditions, the control trigger is associated with an additional lock-over lock. 1 shows a reversible ratchet mechanism; figure 2 - section aa in fig.1g fig.Z - section bb in figure 1. The mechanism includes a housing 1, inside which, on the output shaft 2, a ratchet wheel 3 is fixed, a swinging driver link 4 with a double-sided pawl 5 mounted on it and a reversible latch connected kinematically with it. 6 with a double-arm lever 7. In the case 1 an additional double-sided pawl 8 is installed and connected kinematically with a non-additional reversible latch 9 with a double-arm lever 10. The control trigger 11 is located outside the body 1 and rigidly connected with an additional reversible latch 9, the double-shouldered lever 10 of which connected by a flexible link 12 to the lever 7. The flexible link 12 passes through the center of rotation of the ratchet wheel 3 due to the direction of the 13 attached to the frame 14 of the housing 1.
The mechanism works as follows.
При движении ведущего звена 4 влево собачка 8 под действием фиксатора 9 входит в зацепление с храповым колесом 3 и удерживает его от поворота, а собачка 5 прощелкивает .When the driving link 4 is moved to the right, the dog 5 causes the ratchet wheel 3 to rotate clockwise, and the dog 8 turns. When driving the leading link 4 to the left, the dog 8 under the action of the latch 9 engages with the ratchet wheel 3 and keeps it from turning, and the dog 5 snaps.
3.The reverse of the mechanism is carried out by turning the trigger 11 of the control clockwise. When this tip of the latch 9 slides over the notch of the dog 8 in the left working position, the left side of the dog 8 is disengaged, and the right engages with the ratchet wheel 3.
The latch 9, when rotated, pulls the flexible link 12, which rotates the latch 6 also clockwise. At the same time, the tip of the latch b slides along the notch of the dog 5 into the right working position, the right side of the dog 5 goes out and the left is engaged with the ratchet wheel 3. The operation of the mechanism after reversing is similar to that described above. The rotation of the ratchet wheel 3 when this happens counterclockwise.
The application of the invention improves the safety of the service and the convenience of working with the mechanism.
The position of the control trigger on the fixed housing improves the operating conditions on the one hand, and on the other, reduces the time to produce the reverse to a minimum, since the reverse can be performed without stopping the drive.
