To achieve the goal, the casing on the inner surface has projections mainly in the form of gable slides, and the rotor has a flexible coating and is made of matching circular sectors, the peripheral parts of which have rollers for interacting with the projections, and the central pivotally connected to the rotor axis.

The machine for collecting, cleaning from the ground and transporting stumps includes a self-propelled chassis 1, onto which a hydraulic manipulator 2 with a gripper 3 is mounted. A gearbox 4 is attached to the frame of the chassis 20, to which a disk rotor 5 is attached. The latter is placed in a fixed self-propelled frame the chassis 1 has a casing 6 which has sliding doors 8 in the lower part of the window 7 and in the rear part. The disk rotor 5 is made of separate adjoining elements in the form of circular sectors 9. The central part of the sectors is connected by hinges 10 with the rotor axis 11. On the working part of the rotor, a flexible coating 15 is fixed, equipped with teeth 16.

The machine works as follows.

During the movement of the machine through the stubbed punching, stumps are collected by gripper 3 and turning hydraulic manipulator 2 into casing 6. Unclamping grip 3, the stump is dropped onto rotor 5 placed inside casing 6. Folds 8 of casing are closed and form a closed contour. Before the stumps are reset, the rotor 5 is set by turning on the gearbox 4. During rotation, the circular sectors 9 rest on the rollers 12, which move along the base 13 of the casing 6 and meet the projections 14. The rollers 12 raise and lower the projections 14, raise and lower the sectors 9, since their ends are connected with the help of the joints 10 with the axis II of the rotor. A flexible coating 15 fixed on the working part of the rotor and equipped with teeth 16 forms protrusions in those places where there are protrusions 14 and assumes a lower position in other places. Thus, the sectors 9 of the rotor create oscillations, the frequency of which depends on the frequency of rotation of the rotor and the number of projections 14, the amplitude depends on the height of the projections, and the law of oscillations depends on their shape. The dropped stump under the action of centrifugal force hits the casing 6. On the rotor, the stump makes a chaotic motion around the circumference and experiences vibratory shocks, during which intensive separation of the soil occurs. If there are several stumps in the casing, the vibrations contribute to their greater mixing. The whole group of stumps is processed to complete cleaning. For unloading

the stumps open the shutters 8. The stumps fall out through the resulting opening, and the shutters close. The process is repeated. Crushed soil under the action of centrifugal force and vibration moves along the flexible coating 15 and is scattered through the windows on the uprooting. The flexible coating 15 prevents spilled soil from entering the space between sectors 9.

The cleaning of the soil from the ground occurs when the ground is captured, when it is dropped on the rotor, when moving along the rotor and interacting with the teeth, when colliding with housings, colliding the stumps between you, under the influence of vibration. The use of vibration allows to significantly intensify the process. In general, the duration of the process is reduced, the productivity of the machine is increased.
