Description

Ввиду сложности проводки ткани, набитой указанными резервами, описанный способ не имел практического значени .The coloration of vat dyes was reserved mainly by chloride salts of zinc and manganese in the presence of kaolin on a gum thickener. After printing by these reserves, the fabric was dyed with vat dyes, and then subjected to treatment with a solution of mineral acid and final washing. Due to the complexity of the wiring fabric, filled with these reserves, the described method was not practical.

A new method of reserving for light dyeing with vat dyes is proposed, which differs from the previously known application of a new reserve, its agent, namely, the complex compound of the DCE solvent with acetic acid zinc.

Reserved, its effect of this compound is based on its ability to form a protective film on fabric, especially when soluble or hydrolyzed starch is used as a thickener. Adding a reserve of a small amount of leukotrope O contributes to a better cleaning of leucorrhoea.

Example of white reserve:

200 g of hydrolyzed starch

200 g of water

270 g fixer DCU.

Boil until curled, cold and in the cooled mass add 250 g of acetic acid zinc 20 g of leukotrope O 60 g of water hot

In the cases of printing, the proposed white reserve, together with black aniline, paramin or other dyes, the fabric enters the brew, and then is dyed by padding with a vat dye on a passing apparatus.

After the air brew, the fabric is rinsed with cold water, treated with a solution of 20 g /. / G of acetic acid at a temperature of about 1bTT, then rinsed with hot water and 5 soaps are washed with the addition of 5g1 caustic soda at 40B
