Description

0,022%.The invention relates to the processing of plastics, namely, the method of dyeing products from expanded polystyrene. 18-20 ° C. L When dyeing polystyrene, the stains are intense and uniform. However, during dyeing of polystyrene foam, there is a significant destruction of the surface (the amount of residual low molecular weight fractions in the surface is 0.036), the resulting colors are uneven and have a low intensity. The purpose of the invention is to obtain uniform and intense colors on the products of expanded polystyrene. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the process of dyeing polystyrene-based products with dispersed dyes in an organic solvent medium at 20-2k ° C, followed by drying at 18-22 ° C, polystyrene foam is subjected to dyeing, a mixture of methyl ester of acetic acid and acetone is used as organic solvent the ratio of 80:20, the process is 1-3 seconds. A dye bath is prepared in the following way. The dispersed dye is dissolved with stirring in an organic solvent mixture of 80 wt.h. methyl ester of acetic acid and 20 mae. m. acetone at room temperature and filtered. Table 1 shows the composition and properties of the proposed color; in tab. 2 - the stability of the proposed and known colors. As can be seen from the table. 1 and tab. 2, replacing the solvent makes it possible to obtain even and intense colors on the products of polystyrene foam. This reduces the degree of destruction of the product surface: the amount of low molecular weight in the proposed method is 0.022%.
