Polyoxybenzylamine (LOB A) is obtained from phenolic phenol-acetone production wastes and hexamethylenetetramine. The waste composition is constant and contains mainly dimethylphenol paracresol and d-methylstyrene dimer.
В результате реакции образуютс вещества темно-желтого цвета с молекул рной массой 700-800, температурой каплепаденн 80°С, хорощо растворимые в пол$фных растворител х .It has been established that both main constituents of waste are involved in the formation of POSS. As a result of the reaction, substances of a dark yellow color with a molecular weight of 700–800, a drop temperature of 80 ° C, and well soluble in polar solvents are formed.
POBA contains up to 5–6% of bound nitrogen in the form of d-methlenamine (65%) and trimethylene 3 amine (359) bridging bonds in the following structures: ONOH. Hq C-NH-C Hfj f-, p, Y H -N-CH Example 1. The components are taken in the following ratios, May. h .:. Resin ED-16 (GOST 10587-76) 100 DEG-1 (TU 05 1823-77) 20 Izo-MTHFA (TU 6-09-3321-73) 80 POBA4,8 Pitch ED-16 and DEG-1 carefully stir , homogenized at 70-80 ° C. Then iso-MTHFA and POBA are mixed separately, and the solution is up to 60 ° C to dissolve POPA. in «zo MTHFA. The resulting mixtures are combined, carefully peremesive, the composition is poured into preheated forms and the process of hot curing is carried out according to the following mode: Temperature, ° CFR, h 603 Example 2. Components are taken in the following ratio, May. h .: Resin ED-16100 DEG-120 Iso-MTHFA 80-85 FOBA.7.2 The procedure for the preparation of compounds and the curing rate is given in Example 1. Example 3. The components are taken in the following ratio, May. h .; ED-16100 DEG-120 Iso-MTHFA 80-85 FOB8.5 The procedure for the preparation of compounds and curing modes is given in Example 1, and the results of tests of the compositions obtained are given in the table. Comparison of the results of technological, physicomechanical, and dielectric tests of zpoxy compounds with various amounts of POMA lead to the conclusion that compositions containing IHOB polyoxybenzyl concentrations from 4.5 to 8.5 May. hours have improved physico-mechanical properties with an optimum at 7.2 May. As stated above, the introduction of FABA in the composition can significantly reduce the curing time and reduce the maximum heating temperature. The curing process of the resulting composition is carried out in 26 versus 39 hours at a maximum temperature of 120 versus 140 ° C, as is the case in production. Improving the physicomechanical properties of hardened compounds allows reducing the scrap rate in the manufacture of products. Thus, on one product, the reject rate decreases from 5 to 2%, which allows for the release of 200 1С. products to save 150 thousand rubles. per year by one item name. At the enterprises of the radio-electrotechnical and electronic industries, several products have been manufactured, in which they can & t be used as casting, the compositions obtained, and approximate calculations suggest a saving of 3 million rubles. in year. The table shows the technological, physicomechanical and dielectric properties of the compounds in the cured state.
