The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a reversible pulse variator containing a housing and a drive shaft placed on it with an eccentric installed on it, interacting with connecting rods, the shafts of which carry free-running mechanisms, each of which is made in the form of a sleeve interacting with the shaft through screw and straight splines, a gear wheel connected to the sleeve by screw and straight splines, and a spring placed on the shaft between the connecting rod and the end of the sleeve, the second end of which rests In thrust bearings The disadvantage of this variator is a rigid gear ratio on various operating modes, which leads to significant dynamic loads when the resistances on the actuators change. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the variability of the variator and the reduction of dynamic loads. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a reversible pulse variator comprising a housing and a drive shaft housed therein with an eccentric mounted on it, interacting with connecting rods, the shafts of which carry free-running mechanisms, each of which is made in the form of a sleeve interacting with the shaft through screw and straight splines, a gear wheel connected to the sleeve with screw and straight splines, and a spring placed on the shaft between the connecting rod and the end of the sleeve, the sleeve is mounted on the middle of the shaft, the variator is equipped with a second spring installed minutes coaxially with the first sleeve at the other end, and the housing has channels associated with the hydraulic cylinder acting on the spring. 393. FIG. 1 shows the variator, about the longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - free wheeling mechanism, longitudinal section. The reversible pulse variator comprises a housing 1, a drive shaft 2 placed therein with an eccentric 3 mounted on it, interacting with a connecting rod, the shafts 5 of which carry free-running mechanisms (MSH) 6 Each fur 6 is made in the form of spring-loaded springs 7 on both sides of an intermediate sleeve 8, which is directly connected to the shaft 5a by means of a screw and interacts with gear 9, which is an outer ring of fur. The gears 9 are engaged with the gear wheel 10 mounted on the driven shaft 11. Power cylinders 12 are located on the same axis as the shaft 5, changing the amount of compression of the springs 7. The reversible pulse variator works as follows. When the drive shaft 2 rotates together with an eccentric, 3 cranks C get a reciprocating rotational motion. In a non-rotary position, when the pre-compression of the springs 7 is equally and small, and the resistance on the driven shaft 11 is sufficient to keep it stationary, during the forward movement of the connecting rods 3 intermediate bushings 8 under the action of the axial component of the lazy force on the screw slots move in the axial direction, for example in the left side, compressing the spring 7 on the left side. During the reverse movement of the connecting rods, the intermediate sleeves 8 move axially in the other direction, compressing the opposite springs 7. When the spring is pressed on one side, for example, with the left, while the axial movements of the intermediate sleeves 8 are forward and the springs 7 are compressed until equilibrium is stabilized, (xo.x- “.), where M is the moments of forces of resistance of the executive unit, gear wheel 10, driven shaft 11, reduced to gear 3; I - moments of inertia of the executive unit, the gear wheel 10, the driven shaft 11, reduced to gear 9; c - angular acceleration gear 9; dj - the average diameter of the screw. slot; k - coefficient taking into account the number of fur 6, simultaneously making a working stroke; P - the angle of inclination of the screw slot; iL friction angle in splined pairs, with tgp 2tgo6; C - stiffness coefficient of springs 7; x - pre-compression of the spring 7; X. - compression of the springs 7, corresponding to the wedge angle; X - the value of the remaining szh. These are opposing springs 7. Then the gear 9 is jammed and the gear 10 rotates on some remaining goal, the magnitude of which changes with changing the angle of jamming, and the latter, all other conditions being the same, depends on Xp - pre-compression of the springs 7. Thus The change in the pre-compression of the springs 7 changes the speed of rotation of the output shaft 11. When the connecting rods 3 move backwards, the intermediate sleeves 8 disengage from the gears 9 and move several splines relative to it. When the springs 7 are pressed on the other side, the intermediate sleeves В are wedge gear 9 with the return stroke of the connecting rods 3,. and the forward stroke is performed freely, and thus the direction of rotation of the gear wheel 10 with the driven shaft 11 changes. When the operation mode of the actuators changes, the values of the forces causing axial movements of the intermediate sleeves 8 change, which automatically causes a change in the amount of compression of the springs 7 corresponding to jamming angle and, consequently, the rotation speed of the driven shaft. In this way, the mechanism adapts to external conditions, and dynamic loads are reduced. The use of the proposed reverse pulse variator allows to increase the service life of the machines and their units by reducing the dynamic loads. invention invention A reversible pulse variator comprising a housing and a drive shaft housed therein with an eccentric mounted on it, interacting with rods, the shafts of which carry free-running mechanisms, each of which is made in the form of a sleeve interacting with the shaft through screw and straight splines, a gear wheel connected to the sleeve by screw and straight splines, and a spring placed on the shaft between the connecting rod and the end of the sleeve, about p1 and y and i. so that with. . wr-1, hours I and I, to ensure the lipe version, to introduce a variator and reduce dynamic loads, the sleeve is installed in the middle of the shaft, the variator is equipped with a second spring installed coaxially with the first from the other end of the sleeve, and in the case there are channels connected -. cylinder acting on the spring.
