Известно применение поваренной соли дл сокращени потерь при хранении лепестков розы. При этом лепестки розы хран тс пересыпанными поваренной солью, вз той в количестве 30% от веса лепестков, и дают минимальные потери эфирного масла при хранении. Однако качество масла , полученного из такого сырь , не удовлетворительно.The use of table salt is known to reduce the storage loss of rose petals. Дл выполнени описываемого способа поступающие на консервирование лепестки розы заливаютс 20%-1ным раствором поваренной соли в соотнощении: одна весова часть лепестков на две весовых части раствора хлористого натри . При кратковременном хранении (от одного до трех дней) такое консервирование надежно предохран ет лепестки розы от потерь эфирного масла. При д. ите. хранении, например, в течение нескольких мес цев, раствор соли с погруженными в него лепестками розы заливают слоем парафина толщиной в 2-3 см.
