Известно применение поваренной соли дл  сокращени  потерь при хранении лепестков розы. При этом лепестки розы хран тс  пересыпанными поваренной солью, вз той в количестве 30% от веса лепестков, и дают минимальные потери эфирного масла при хранении. При кратковременном хранении (от одного до трех дней) такое консервирование надежно предохран ет лепестки розы от потерь эфирного масла. При д. ите. хранении, например, в течение нескольких мес цев, раствор соли с погруженными в него лепестками розы заливают слоем парафина толщиной в 2-3 см.
