Description
(5) СЕПАРАТОР(5) SEPARATOR
II
Изобретение относитс к сепараторам дл мокрой очистки газа от пыли, капель, жидкости и газообразных примесей и может быть использовано в химической и других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to separators for wet scrubbing of gas from dust, drops, liquids, and gaseous impurities and can be used in the chemical and other industries.
A separator for cleaning gas from dust is known, including a cylindrical tube mounted on a plate with swirlers at the inlet, made in the form of tangential slots or multi-blade swirlers, and separating reflectors located in the form of a labyrinth ring or a diagonaling element P.
The main disadvantage of this separator is determined by the limited range of loads within which a sufficiently effective gas purification takes place.
2.The closest to the present invention is a separator for cleaning the gas stream from dropping liquid, which includes a housing with supply pipes for feed mix, removal of the cleaned fraction and sludge, rigidly fixed inside the housing across its axis, an impermeable plate with Discharge pipes located along it along the housing axis The shells are mounted coaxially and in cascade with the swirlers 2 installed in them rotatably.
A disadvantage of the known separator is its low productivity, due to the fact that when cleaning gas from solid inclusions, the separation of separated liquid with solid inclusions is carried out through grooved flanges, which overgrow with sludge during operation, as a result of which the separation factor drops sharply .
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above disadvantage.
В 01D 5/12, 1969. 2.Патент Швеции f 20kOQO, кл. 12 е 1/02, 1966 (прототип).The goal is achieved by the fact that in a separator containing a housing with mixture supply pipes, removal of the cleaned fraction and sludge, rigidly fixed inside the housing across its axis, an impermeable plate with separation pipes located along it along the axis of the housing and in a cascade mounted shell with in them with the possibility of rotation by swirlers, the shells are made in the form of truncated cones, the larger base of which is turned in the direction of feeding the mixture into the body. Thanks to this, the separator spaces are significantly reduced, since it is prevented from clogging up with sludge due to the elimination of congestion zones when the separated suspension is removed. The drawing shows the proposed separator, a longitudinal section. The separator includes a housing 1, the upper 2 and the lower 3 conical bottom, the pipe k feed mixture, the pipe 5 of the clean gas outlet, the pipe 6 sludge discharge. A plate 7 with cylindrical patches 8 is installed inside the housing. In the separation nozzles coaxially and cascadely installed swirlers 9 are limited circumferentially to conical shells 10 in the form of truncated cones mounted coaxially inside the separator nozzles. If necessary, in particular for additional moistening of the mixture, the separator can be equipped with a nozzle 11 installed in front of the separation nozzles and serving to supply fluid through the nozzle 1 The separator is as follows. The initial gas-liquid flow enters the separator through pipe k, where it enters the inlet of separation pipes 8 and twists in a cascade-mounted swirl 9 "Under the action of centrifugal forces, the fraction of the initial mixture is thrown to the walls of separation walls 8 and flows along them, which is provided by the presence of shells made in the form of truncated cones. Purified gas is discharged through the nozzle 5 located in the upper part of the housing. The trapped sludge is discharged through a pipe 6 located at the bottom of the housing. In case of insufficient moisture content of the original gas-liquid mixture, it is additionally moistened by supplying fluid through the nozzle 11. During operation of the separator, clogging of the sludge is prevented, which prevents an increase in the hydraulic resistance of the separator and determines its high performance. The device operates at low hydraulic resistance and continuous removal of the separated fraction at a practically constant value of the separation coefficient. Claims of invention characterized in that, in order to increase its productivity by reducing the hydraulic resistance, the shells are made. in the form of truncated cones, more warping which faces towards the cottages of the mixture in the housing.
