Description
(54) MANIFOLD FOR ARTIFICIAL CULTIVATION OF MOLLUSCES
1one
The invention relates to the artificial breeding of mollusks, namely to oyster growing devices.
1 .A known collector for artificial breeding of mollusks, consisting of a vertical support element and successively installed on it horizontal annular platforms with partitions. In a well-known collector, the annular platforms and partitions have grooves with a rough surface, which serves for settling shpat 1.
Such an embodiment of the device does not exclude non-uniform sedimentation and, as a result, non-uniform growth of oysters.
The purpose of the invention is to ensure uniform distribution of oyster spar at the time of loading and settling and ensuring uniform growth of mollusks.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in a well-known collector, which includes a vertical supporting element and horizontal annular platforms with partitions installed on it, the partitions have an oval shape in cross section.
местах их пересечени смонтированы кольцевые площадки, заполненные наполнителем, образующие чейку, обеспечивающую оседание и закрепление шпата устриц.at their intersections, annular pads filled with filler are mounted, forming a cell that provides the sedimentation and fixing of the oyster spar.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic but a collector, a general view; in fig. 2 - ring area.
The collector consists of a series of annular platforms 1, horizontally located and placed one above the other at a distance of the greatest height of the oyster. The ring pads are fixed on Tpiocax 2. Inside the ring pads I there is a grid formed of smooth, oval-shaped cross-section bars 3. The ring pads 4, filled with filler, are located at the intersection of the bars, forming the cell 5. The diameter of the cell 5 does not exceed the diameter of the oyster top . As a filler, for example, a solution of cement with various impurities is used.
20 which holds well in a ring area 4 and excludes shedding of an adult commodity oyster.
The cleanliness of the surface of the annular pads 4 and of the rods 3 is made according to the 8-9 class, which minimizes the fouling of the collector surface.
Облегчаетс съем устриц с коллектора , так как площадь прикреплени незначительна , не более диаметра макущки устрицы .The collector is exhibited in March. Oyster larvae about 300 microns in size, when loading are deposited on the substrate from above. At the same time, oyster spar settles on ring pads 4 filled with substrate (filler). The oyster spar deposited on the smooth surfaces of the annular platform 1 and the rods 3, due to its poor fixation on the smooth surface, is washed away by the flow. Thus, a uniform distribution of oyster spar is ensured and only in cells 5, which in turn guarantees a normal biological development and a uniform growth of oysters. In view of the optimum density of dispersion of oysters on ring pads 4, the thinning operation does not occur, the oysters do not interfere with the growth of each other and grow into the correct, convenient for cutting form. It makes it easier to remove oysters from the collector, since the attachment area is insignificant, not more than the diameter of the oyster fish.
Elimination of operations for thinning oysters and cleaning the collector from fouling increases labor productivity and reduces the cost of growing commercial oysters.
The use of the proposed collector design in the national economy can reduce the cost of production of 100 thousand commodity oysters by approximately 6 thousand rubles.
