Description
(54) ABSORPTION DIFFUSION REFRIGERANT UNIT
там.. i The invention relates to refrigeration engineering; rather, to absorption-, diffusion diffusion cooling aggregate-. there .. i
Известны абсорбционные диффузионные холодильные агрегаты, содёржапще последовательно установленные по хог ДУ хладагента генератор, коиденса- ; тор, испаритель, газовый теплообмеиник и абсорбер , LI .Known absorption diffusion cooling units, consistently installed in series on the hog DU of the refrigerant generator, Coidens; torus, evaporator, gas heat sink and absorber, LI.
.:.A disadvantage of the known units is their low cooling capacity and high energy consumption, due to the impossibility of positioning the evaporator above the condenser, which does not allow for increasing the circulation of hydrogen in the gas heat exchanger. .:.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the cooling capacity and decrease; energy consumption by placing the evaporator above the condenser.
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что внутренн поверхность испаритегл покрыта фитилем, выполненным из каташл рно-пористого материала, часть которого введена в конденсатор со стороны выхода из него хладагента .This goal is achieved by the fact that the internal surface of the evaporator is covered with a wick made of a catash-shaped porous material, a part of which is introduced into the condenser on the outlet side of the refrigerant.
The drawing is a schematic representation of an offer / unit.
1.The unit contains a generator 1, a condenser 2, an evaporator 3, a gas-K heat exchanger 4, an absorber 5, a wick 6 made of a capillary-porous material, a receiver 7 of a strong solution, a heat exchanger-regenerator 8 between weak, and strong solutions. , electric heater 9 and thermosiphon 10 in the generator 1.
The unit works as follows.
Using an electric heater 9 in the generator 1, a strong solution is evaporated, from which the refrigerant vapor is released. The resulting vapor-liquid mixture using thermosyphon 10 is fed to the top of generator 1, in which the mixture is divided into refrigerant and weak-solution vapor. The refrigerant vapor enters the condenser 2, in which it is liquefied, and the weak & LU solution enters the heating cavity of the heat exchanger-regenerator 8, FROM which, after cooling due to the heating of the strong solution, enters the upper part of the absorber 5. Liquid refrigerant, mainly ammonia, from the condenser 2 through the wick 6 it enters the evaporator, in which the hydrogen-ammonia mixture evaporates into the circulating between the evaporator 3 and the absorber 5, producing a cooling effect. The ammonia-rich mixture from the evaporator 3 through the cooling cavity of the gas heat exchanger 4 enters the absorber 5, in which ammonia vapors are absorbed from it with a weak solution, the solution becomes strong and is drained into the receiver 7, and the ammonia-vapor is released from a significant amount of ammonia vapor and depleted through the heating cavity of the gas heat exchanger 4 again into the evaporator 3. Strong solution from the receiver 7 is directed through the cooling cavity of the heat exchanger of the regenerator 8 into the generator 1 for vta Ivanov. This completes the duty cycle of the proposed unit.
The economic efficiency of the invention is expressed in increasing the cooling capacity of the unit and reducing energy consumption, due to the possibility of the evaporator being located above the condenser, which allows increasing the circulation of hydrogen through the evaporator and absorber.
