(54) ЭЛЕКТРОД-ИНСТРУМЕНТ ДЛЯ РАЗМЕРНОЙ ЭЛЕКТРОХИМИЧЕСКОЙ ОБРАБОТКИ КРИВОЛИНЕЙНЫХ Изобретение относитс  к размерной электрохимической обработке, в частности к обработке винтшых повфхностей переменного шага. Известны электроды-инструменты нежесткой конструкшш, примен емые при из готовлении внутренних поверхностей переменного сечени  ц . Такие элекгроаы-инструменты ввиду нежесткой рабочей части, выполненной из упругого листового материала, принимают форму обрабатьюаемого канала, при этом nocTosfflCTBO межэлектрооных зазоров обеспечиваетс  диэлектрическими вставками. Однако известные электроды-инструмен ты нежесткой конструкции имеют недостаточную цолговечность оиэлектрических вставок вследствие их износа и копирование пофешностей формы заготовок, и как следствие, низкую точность обработки. Цель изобретени  - псжьппение точ- . ности при электрохимической обработке винтовьк поверхностей переменного ша- ПОВЕРХНОСТЕЙ га путем исключени  вли ни  погрешностей формы заготовки на форму электродаинструмента . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в электроде-инструменте дл  размерной электрохимической обработки, криволинейных поверхностей с рабочей частью из угфугого листового материала механиз-. мом ее деформировани , механизм деформировани  выполнен в вице двух скреицсёаюшихс  шарнирно закрепленных средней частью во фланце вала, на нижних концах которых закреплена рабоча  часть в форме сектора. Причем :на указанном валу установлены две шестерни, одна из которых, закреплена жестко, а друга  свободно, при этом последн   имеет фланец с пазами, в которых размещены верхние концы стержней. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый Электроа-«нструмен1 на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. I. The purpose of the invention is precision. during the electrochemical machining of screws of the alternating surface surfaces of ha by eliminating the influence of the shape errors of the workpiece on the shape of the electric tool. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an electrode electrode for dimensional electrochemical machining, curved surfaces with a working part made of carbon sheet material are mechanized. The method of its deformation, the deformation mechanism is made in the vice of the two cross-hinged hinged middle part in the shaft flange, at the lower ends of which the working part is fixed in the form of a sector.
