Таким образом, выполнение передней кромки центрирующего выступа параллельной ударной стенке малого зуба позвол ет не только расширить область горизонтального захвата автосцепки при сохранении существующего контура зацеплени , но и повысить надежность сцеплени автосцепок при их неблагопри тном положении перед сцеплением.i The invention concerns the design of the automatic coupling of railway rolling stock, more precisely, the automatic coupling housing. A shock-coupled coupler device is known, comprising a body with a shank and a head part having a large and small teeth, forming in a double-tooth contour with horizontal outlines 1 One of the important technical parameters of this automatic coupler, as well as automatic coupler in general, is the so-called horizontal a grip that defines the horizontal deviation boundary of the longitudinal axis of the automatic coupling to both sides from the middle position, within which automatic centering is still provided and coupled e av tostsepok adjacent rolling units. Such coupling of automatic couplings displaced in plan relative to each other takes place, for example, when connecting cars in the curves of the track section. In the known coupler, the horizontal engagement area is defined by outlines in terms of small and large teeth and is governed by the standard for the contour of the engagement. It is not possible to alter this contrash in order to increase the horizontal gripping area, since the interlinking of the couplings will be broken. On the other hand, the appearance in recent years of cars with an increased base and a cantilever frame part, for example, cars for transporting containers, cars, etc., which, respectively, have months have increased horizontal displacement of automatic couplers in curved sections of the track, indicates that the existing horizontal grip area of the described autos, especially from the small tooth, is insufficient. In operation, this leads to the fact that with an unfavorable location of the cars, the coupler does not catch each other and miss, which leads to the impact of the coupler of one car in the frame of the adjacent car with damage to its front stop or end frame member. The same phenomenon is observed when unloading wagons on the wagon tipper when automatic couplings, due to clogging of the stop outlet, wedging of the centering pad and other reasons, do not return to their original position, and subsequent connection of the wagons results in missed automatic couplings with the consequences described above. It is also known to have a rolling train hitch coupling device comprising a body including a shank and a head part with large and small teeth, the horizontal outlines of which form a two-tooth engagement contour, as well as a centering lug C 2 3 located in the area of the small tooth. The disadvantage of this coupler is that the centering protrusion, which allows to extend the horizontal engagement area of the coupler, under unfavorable conditions can fall into the center of the engagement in the coupling of an adjacent rolling stock unit. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the clutch. The goal is achieved by the fact that the front edge of the centering protrusion is made parallel to the impact wall of the small tooth and is shifted outward beyond the limits of the lateral face of the latter. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a plan view; in fig. 2 the same, front view. The proposed coupler (Fig. 1 and 2) contains a large tooth 1, a small tooth 2 with a shock wall 3, the outlines of which in plan form a two-tooth engagement contour. In the lower part of the tooth 2, there is a centering protrusion 4 with a leading edge 5 having inclined platforms for centering automatic couplers of adjacent units of the rolling stock in height. Unlike the known coupler, the front edge 5 is pulled forward from the wall 3 of the tooth 2 by the amount C and is parallel to it. Operates coupler with the execution of the centering protrusion as follows. In the case where the longitudinal axes of adjacent couplings in the plan are within the engagement contour,. . 3 centering and coupling automatic couplers occurs as usual. In the case when the offset of the axes of adjacent automatic couplings exceeds the horizontal gripping limits, the front edge 5 of the protrusion 4, which is parallel to the wall 3 of the tooth 2, allows it to center the couplers in the plan and thus ensure their normal connection. To avoid small teeth touching each other, when automatic couplings are swaying and when, as a result, small teeth in the upper part additionally go to each other, the edge 5 of pin 4 is pushed forward from - 4. the wall 3 of tooth by the amount C and shifted outward from the throat . This arrangement of the edge ensures a gap between the small teeth of adjacent automatic couplings, and thus ensures their unimpeded passage relative to each other when centering the automatic couplings. Thus, making the leading edge of the centering protrusion parallel to the impact wall of the small tooth allows not only expanding the horizontal engagement area of the coupler while maintaining the existing contour of the engagement, but also improves the reliability of adhesion of the couplings when they are in an unfavorable position before engagement.
