Description
(54) АБСОРБЦИОННАЯ .ХОЛОДИЛЬНАЯ УСТАНОВКА Изобретение относитс к холодильной технике, а именно к абсорбционным холодильным установкам. Известны абсорбционные холодильные установки , содержащие испаритель с линией отвода паров хладагента, абсорбер с устройством дл перекачивани крепкого раствора , вод ной переохладит ль с трубопроводом отвода слабого раствора и теплообменник-регенератор с магистралью подачи крепкого раствора 1. Недостатком известных установок вл етс их больша металлоемкость, вследствие громоздкости абсорбера с устройством дл перекачивани крепкого раствора. Цель изобретени - снижение металлоемкости . Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что абсорбер с устройством дл перекачивани крепкого раствора выполнен в виде винтового компрессора, всасывающа сторона которого подключена к линии отвода паров хладагента от испарител к трубопроводу отвода слабого раствора от вод ного переохладител , а нагнетательна - к магистрали подачи крепкого раствора к теплообменнику-регенератору . На чертеже схематично представлена предлагаема абсорбционна холодильна установка. Устройство содержит испаритель 1 с линией 2 отвода паров хладагента, вод ной переохладитель 3 с трубопроводом 4 отвода слабого раствора, теплообменник-регенератор 5 с магистралью 6 подачи крепкого раствора, винтовой компрессор 7. Кроме этого, на чертеже показаны генератор 8, конденсатор 9, переохладитель 10 жидкого хладагента, дроссельный вентиль 11 на жидкостном хладагенте, дроссельный вентиль 12 на слабом растворе и дефлегматор 13. Установка работает следующим образом. Из крепкого раствора в генераторе 8 путем нагрева выдел ютс пары хладагента с некоторой примесью паров абсорбента. Пары абсорбента сжижаютс в дефлегматоре 13 и в виде флегмы стекают обратно в генератор 8, а почти частые, пары хладагента сжижаютс в конденсаторе 9. Полученна жидкость охлаждаетс в переохладите(54) ABSORPTION. REFRIGERATING INSTALLATION The invention relates to refrigeration engineering, namely to absorption refrigeration installations. Absorption refrigeration units are known that contain an evaporator with a refrigerant vapor removal line, an absorber with a device for pumping a strong solution, subcooled water with a weak solution removal pipeline, and a heat exchanger-regenerator with a strong solution supply line 1. A disadvantage of the known installations is their large metal capacity, due to the bulkiness of the absorber with a device for pumping a strong solution. The purpose of the invention is to reduce metal consumption. This goal is achieved by the fact that the absorber with a device for pumping a strong solution is made in the form of a screw compressor, the suction side of which is connected to the vapor vapor line from the evaporator to the pipeline to drain the weak solution from the water subcooler, and the injection line to the strong solution supply line to the heat exchanger -regenerator. The drawing shows schematically the proposed absorption refrigeration unit. The device contains an evaporator 1 with a line 2 for discharging refrigerant vapor, a water subcooler 3 with a pipeline 4 for discharging a weak solution, a heat exchanger-regenerator 5 with a supply line 6 for supplying a strong solution, a screw compressor 7. In addition, the drawing shows a generator 8, a condenser 9, a subcooler 10 liquid refrigerant, a throttle valve 11 on a liquid refrigerant, a throttle valve 12 on a weak solution and a reflux condenser 13. The installation works as follows. From the strong solution in the generator 8, refrigerant vapors are separated out by heating with some admixture of absorbent vapors. Absorbent vapors are liquefied in the reflux condenser 13 and flow back to the generator 8 as reflux, and almost frequent, refrigerant vapors are liquefied in the condenser 9. The resulting liquid is cooled in supercooler
