М-Л. 96.The invention relates to a hydromachine busbar and can be used in labyrinth vortex impellers for sealing the shafts of centrifugal pumps. A labyrinth vortex impeller for compacting the shafts of centrifugal pumps is known, comprising a sleeve with a multiple-thread helical groove on the inner surface and a rotor mounted into the sleeve with a multiple-thread helical groove opposite to the groove of the sleeve of the direction fl. ; A disadvantage of the known construction is the limited range of operating modes, due to the suboptimal height of the projections, tulk, in the result of which the leakage through the impeller increases and therefore the range of modes of its operation is limited by small pressure drops. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of modes of operation. This goal is achieved by the fact that the depth of the groove of the sleeve is 0.1-0.9 the height of the protrusion of the cutting rotor. The drawing shows a labyrinth vortex impeller, a slit. A labyrinth vortex impeller for sealing the shafts of centrifugal pumps comprises a sleeve 1 with a multiple screw groove 2 on the inner surface 3 and a rotor located in the sleeve 1 with a multiple feed screw 5 opposite to the groove 2 of the sleeve 1 of the direction, and the depth hjt of the groove 2 of the sleeve 1 is 0, 1-0.9 height hpof of the protrusion 6 of the cutting 5 of the rotor 4. Libiriy vortex impeller works as follows. When operating in the sealing mode, the labyrinth vortex impeller with depth hgf of the groove is 2 sleeves. 1 and 0.1-0.9 in height hpoT of the protrusion 6 of the cutting 5 of the rotor 4 provides minimal leakage due to the resistance of the sleeve 1 in case of an increase. 3 .9 pressure leakage increases slightly, since the protrusions of the cutting 5 of the rotor C create maximum pressure, and the sleeve 1 creates the maximum resistance. The use of this invention makes it possible to use a labyrinth vortex impeller at high pressure drops and increase the reliability of its operation in the sealing mode. Claims of the invention A labyrinth vortex impeller for sealing centrifugal shaft shafts containing a sleeve with a multiple-thread screw groove on the inner surface and a rotor inside the sleeve with a multiple-thread helical groove opposite to the groove of the sleeve, characterized by the fact that, to expand the range of operating modes, the depth of the groove bushings are 0.1-0.9 the height of the protrusion of the cutting rotor.
