F 16 L 55/02, 1978.The invention relates to safety valves and can be used to protect pipeline systems from hydraulic shocks. A hydraulic shock absorber is known, in the casing of which, with an underwater and branch pipe, a drainage membrane valve and a water-air tank l are installed. The disadvantage of the device is significant inermionality and, as a consequence, the reliability and efficiency of operation is low. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and efficiency of functioning. This goal is achieved by the fact that the pressure limiting sensor and the flow regulator are made in the form of a drain valve with a separating membrane, telescopically mounted on the water-air tank and spring-loaded with respect to the drain valve of the hollow stem, and a float and a throttle valve are placed in the over-membrane VALUE of the plunger and the drain valve is rigidly fixed on the separation membrane of the plunger. The drawing shows a damper, a general view. The hydraulic shock absorber consists of the housing 1, the water-air tank 2 and the plunger 3. The housing 1 is equipped with inlet A and outlet 5 nozzles with water outlets 6, a reflector 7 and a saddle 8 locked by a hollow diaphragm valve 9 consisting of the plate 10 and the membrane 11. A capacity 12 and a seat 13 are made on the container 2 (blocked by a membrane 1 placed between the guide flange 15 with drainage holes 16 and the flange 1 of the plunger 3, which is equipped with a throttle 18, a valve 19 and a float 20. A street 21 with water 3 outlets 22, which in the lower part is rigidly connected with the valve 9 and in the upper part with a cap 23 equipped with a valve 2t and outlet ports 25. In the cavity 2b of the valve 9 there is a hollow rod 27 with a membrane 28 that communicates an inlet 4 with a capacity of 2 and a cavity 29 of a vent 3, which functions as a pressure limiter sensor and a flow regulator by means of a spring of reference 30 mounted on this rod with a washer 31 and a cuff 32. The hydraulic shock absorber works as follows. When the pipeline is filled, the water is displaced by the air through the inlet 4 of the housing 1 along the hollow rod 27 rushes into the working tank 2 through the sleeve 21 and the windows 22, as well as into the cavity 29 of the plunger 3 through the windows 25 in the cap 23 and lifts the membrane And away from the saddle 13 and the valve 19 is released into the atmosphere, and the valve body 9 with the membrane 11 and the plate 10 locks the seat. 8. After the air is released, the approached water fills the tank 2 and the cavity 29 with the float 20 of the plunger 3. As the water level rises in the polo ({| ti 29 the float 20 pops up and overlaps the throttle 18, as a result of which the pressure in the working tank 2, the cavity of the plunger 3 and The inlet nozzle 4 is flattened, and since the effective area of the membrane 11 is larger than the total area of the plate 10 and the membrane k, the locking organ 9 is lowered and the plate 10 closes the saddle 8, and the membrane 1A locks the saddle 13. Thus, the damper is not charged and water is not follows. When the pressure rises the pipeline above the specified limit, the hollow rod 27 with the membrane 28 overcomes the resistance of the spring of task 30 and moves against the stop to the valve 24 and cuts off the pressure increase and the flow of water into the working capacity and cavity 29 of the plunger 3. With a further increase in pressure in the pipeline beyond the maximum allowable, the plate 10 opens the saddle 8 and simultaneously lifts the guy 3c with the 1t membrane, opened the saddle 13 to discharge water from the tank 2 to the atmosphere through the drainage holes 16., and since the plate 10 opened the seat 14 to 8, the water from the supply pipe through the water outlet ports 6 is discharged and the reflector 7 is dispersed in the form of rain. The water is discharged until the pressure in the pipeline decreases to a predetermined limit, at which, under the action of the spring 30, the hollow rod 27 moves away from the valve 2C and the water enters the working tank 2 and the cavity 29 of the plunger 3. Since water presses on the membranes 11 and 13, this leads to movement of the plate 10 and overlapping of the seat 8 of the pipe 4, as well as movement of the valve 3, which overlaps the saddle 13 with the 1C membrane. In the case of air accumulation in the inlet pipe, i.e. pinching in the pipeline, it enters the cavity 29 of the plunger 3 and displaces water from it into the pipe t. As its level decreases, the buoyant force acting on the float 20 decreases and it lowers, opening the throttle 18 with the valve 19. Thereafter, the pressure in the tank 2 decreases, the diaphragm 11 and the plate TO rise and the accumulated air is discharged, then under the influence of water from the pipe k, the damper is closed, i.e. the membrane I is pressed against the seat 13, and the plate 10 against the seat 8. When the pipeline is empty and a vacuum is formed through the tubular rod 27, water from the quencher is sucked into the pipe 4, and the one-way valve 19 is closed. As a consequence, the magnitude of the vacuum above the membranes 11 and {k and the cavities of the nozzle 4 is aligned and the seats 8 and 13 under the influence of atmospheric pressure on the membranes 11 and I open and the air rushes through the damper into the pipeline and quickly fills it. The technical and economic effect of the proposed quencher is to increase the reliability and efficiency of operation. Claims of the invention Hydraulic shock absorber, in the casing of which there are drain diaphragm valve and water-air tank installed with through-ports. 59 equipped with a pressure limiting transducer and a flow regulator, which differs in that, in order to increase the reliability and efficiency of operation, the pressure limiting transducer and flow regulator are made in the form of a plunger with a separating membrane installed on the water-air the vessel and the relatively spring-loaded drain valve of the hollow stem, in which the float and the throttle valve are located in the supermembrane cavity of the plunger, and the drain valve is rigidly fixed on the separator membrane of the plunger.
