Затем цикл работы по бурению скважины повтор етс .The invention relates to a road building machinery industry, in particular, to working bodies of machines for the formation of wells, and may find application in construction, namely drilling of wells in frozen soils, as well as formation of wells in strong soils. It is known device for the formation of wells in frozen soil, containing an avuhzahotsny replaceable drill mounted on a rod, equipped with chisels and a grater 1. The disadvantage of the known device is the low productivity of well drilling in frozen soils. The closest to the technical essence and the achievable result is the device for destroying the ground with high impulse gas firing, containing a working tip, connected with a naked hollow body with exhaust holes, capacity (ffth gas and spring pore II1PHI. Located at the top parts of the hollow body, equipped with relief valves and coupled to the throttle valve (with the exhaust valve. After the airing device is sunk, opening the exhaust rive through the exhaust holes is provided pulsed exhaust gas disrupting the compression of the soil VT in the body circle to the depth of its insertion f 2. The HepocTUTKoM of the known device is the impossibility of its use of drilling a cylindrical borehole. This is due to the fact that the device performs only apparent destruction of the soil in the conical funnel and its velocity decreases with increasing depth. Therefore, during the subsequent drilling, the well wall walls in the upper part of the funnel are not stable, which leads to their collapse. This is due to the fact that the diameter of the destruction of the scr: b is larger than the aamotra of the square. The diameter of the txr is at the bottom of a smaller pipmeter of the well, which is higher than the hopper. ii№ to the subsequent drilling, lowering, hem the most, productivity. In addition, the known device is not well suited up the soil from the well. The purpose of the invention is to pivot the production by more effectively loosening the soil around the ruined Corps. This goal is comprehended by the fact that the device for forming wells in frozen soil, contains a working tip, a hollow body connected with it, has horn holes, an aliquate gas tank and a spring-loaded piston, located in the upper part of the X-ray body, equipped with bypass valves and connected to the core with an exhaust valve, equipped with a double-eyed drill with incisors and a pipe installed inside the hollow body concentric to it with the formation of an inter-aperture gap between the inner surface and its thickness, while At its speed, the valve is installed in the pipe with the possibility of closing the gap between the bottom of the pipe and the casing, and the exhaust ports of the casing are made on different parts. level in height, above which a two-bit drill with cutters is mounted on the body Concentric to it; In addition, the exhaust ports of each level are offset with respect to the exhaust holes of the blinding level by 45®. FIG. I shows the device, general via; in fig. 2 - the same, longitudinal section, without the image of a two-step drill; in fig. 3 shows a section A -A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 - section BB in FIG. 2. The device for the formation of wells in frozen soil contains a hollow body 1, on which a tank of 2 compressed gas is rigidly mounted, and an aviahazhopny drill 3, equipped with incisors 4. A working tip is rigidly attached to the lower part of the hollow body I 5. different urs in height are made in the vice filters of the exhaust ports 6. The pressure of the compressed gas into the tank 2 is provided with a three-hole crane 7. The spring-loaded piston 8 is located in the upper part of the hollow body. The piston 8 has a limited spring. It is equipped with bypass pins 10 and connected 11g with an exhaust valve 12 movably installed in the lower part of the pipe 13. The pipe 13 is installed inside the lower part of the hollow body 1 concentric to it with the formation of gaps 14 between the inner surface and the depth of it. The pipe 13 is rigidly fixed in the hollow body 1 by means of a washer 15. A sealing proclac 16 is installed on the stump of the hollow body I. The device for the formation of wells in frozen ground works as follows. At the same time, when the device is buried in the ground by means of a free-flowing mechanism (not shown), tank 2 through valve 7 is filled with compressed gas, for example, from a high-pressure compressor (not shown). The piston 8, lowering to the bottom stop 9 under the pressure of the incoming gas, moves down through the drain 11 exhaust valve 12, which seals the container 2 with the gasket 16. After the body penetrates I, the piston 7 communicates with the atmosphere and the gas pressure on the piston 8 almost instantly falls. Porsche 8, moving upwards, under the effect of overpressure in the tank 2, opens the exhaust valve 12, providing a pulsed outflow of gas from the tank 2 into the gaps 14. After filling and equalizing the pressure at all levels of the gap 14, the gas pulses through the exhaust ports 6 soil mass, making the soil loosening around the device. When gas outflows through a large number of exhaust ports 6, located at spaced apart levels, a loosening volume having the shape of a cylinder is formed around the hollow body 1. After the gas-dynamic effect, the soil mass in the well zone loses its continuity and strength due to the formation of loosening sites. Performing the exhaust ports 6 at adjacent levels offset by 45® (FIGS. 3 and 4) improves the loosening of the well zone over the depth due to the spatial mixing of the discharge areas. During the most severe device penetration, the loosened soil is developed by the cutters 4 of the drill 3, the removal of the soil from the well is accomplished by drinking and the subsequent accelerated rotation of the drill 3. Due to centrifugal forces, the soil is scattered over the surface. Then the well drilling cycle is repeated.
