Description
(54) METHOD OF TESTING SAMPLES OF METAL MATERIALS FOR CORROSION CRUSHING The invention fires to test equipment and can be used when testing for corrosion cracking of metallic materials used in power plants. A known method of testing samples of metallic materials for corrosion cracking, which consists in filling the sample with a tubular working part with a corrosive solution under measured pressure of the working gas, loading the sample and measuring the time of destruction of the sample til. The disadvantage of this method is low reliability, since test conditions that do not meet the operating conditions of the material in the steam generators of power plants do not allow assessing the possibility of using materials under operating conditions. The purpose of the invention is to increase credibility. The goal is achieved by filling the sample with a corrosive solution so that the line of separation of the corrosive solution - working gas is; within 7 working part of the sample. The method is carried out as follows. The sample with the tubular working part is installed in the grips of the loading mechanism. Then, the sample cavity, up to the middle of its working part, is filled with a specified corrosive solution, the internal cavity of the sample is sealed, and the remaining part is filled with a specified pressure from the source with working gas. Then, the sample is loaded under given temperature conditions by external forces due to the movement of the grips of the loading mechanism. During the test, variations in the solution and differential aeration create test conditions that are close to the conditions of use or even more severe. The time to sample failure under the specified conditions is measured.
по величине которого суд т о приго носги материала к работе в услови к эксплуатации .on the basis of which the value of the material is judged to work in conditions of operation.
