The invention relates to measurement technology, and more specifically to devices for controlling the level of liquid and organic media, and can be used, in particular, to determine the level of materials in bunkers of concrete plants. A device for controlling the level of the material in the bunker, mounted on the outer side of the wall of the bunker, contains a vibroelement mounted on a dedicated section of the flexible wall of the bunker, made in the form of a piezocrystal, amplifier, indicator circuit fll. The closest technical solution to the invention is a vibrating level indicator for liquid and bulk media, comprising a housing, a vibrator located in it, made in the form of a membrane and a rigid rod fixed to it, connected to an excitation and vibration pick-up device, and a bridge measuring circuit one of the arms of which is included the signal element of the vibration pickup device 2. A disadvantage of the known alarm device is low accuracy, due to the influence of the parasitic vibration detector on the operation of the alarm device. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy by eliminating any parasitic vibrations. This goal is achieved by the fact that a vibrating level indicator of liquid and bulk media, comprising a case, a vibrator located in it, made in a membrane reed and reinforced with a rigid rod connected to the excitation and pickup device and measuring bridge circuit, in one of the the shoulders of which include the signal element of the pickup device & banyi, is equipped with an additional .vibrator, the membrane of which is located relative to the membrane of the main vibrator with a gap in which the demi-pr masonry, wherein nH6paTO {ioB rods arranged in parallel, and the oscillation signal elements pickup device incorporated in opposite arms of the measuring bridge circuit.
FIG. 1 shows the design of the detector; in fig. 2 - electrical measuring circuit.
The vibrating level indicator contains a main vibrator, consists of a membrane 1 made in the form of a section of the flexible wall of the bunker, and a rigid rod 2 on it, and an additional vibrator containing a membrane 3 free from contact with the material and parallel to the rigid rod the main vibrator. The membranes of the main and additional oscillators are installed with a gap in which the damping gasket 5 is placed. The excitation systems for oscillations of the main and additional vibrators are made respectively of cores 6 and 7 connected to the cores and inductors 8 and 9 connected to the pulse generator 10.
The oscillation pickup systems are made in the form of LEDs 11 and 12 n mounted on the ends of rods installed on the axis of the rods with a gap of pairs of photoresistors 13 and 14. A pair of photoresistors of the oscillation pickup systems of the primary and secondary vibrators are connected to the opposite shoulders of the measuring bridge circuit capacitors 15 and 16 are connected display unit 17. The display unit contains comparators 18 and 19, connected by their outputs through tuned resistors 20 and 21 to storage capacitors 22 and 23 and inputs of the comparator 24, from the output of which a constant voltage with a variable level is removed.
Vibrating level indicator works as follows.
При отсутствии конт-When a period of varying illumination of the pairs of photoresistors through the capacitors 15 and 16, the display unit receives a periodically damped voltage, which is converted by the display unit to. constant voltage with variable level. In the absence of control
При этом на выходе компаратора по вл етс сигнал о наличии материала за стенкой бункера в месте установки сигнализатора.of the material being rolled in the membrane zone of the main vibrator, both vibrators operate in a mode of damped oscillations of their own frequency with a constant difference in the decay periods, and there is no signal at the output of the comparator 24. When the material reaches the wall section that functions as a membrane, the damping period of the main vibrator is sharply reduced by limiting the flexural, wall vibrations to material, and the damping time of the additional vibrator remains the same. In this case, at the output of the comparator, a signal appears about the presence of material behind the wall of the bunker at the place where the detector is installed.
The introduction of an additional vibrator into the detector makes it possible to increase the accuracy by eliminating the influence of paoazitic vibrations, which cause the same change of the parameters of the main and additional vibrators, and the selection of a signal at the output that depends only on the material level.
