Description

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению Известен универсальный шарнир, содержащий головку с цилиндрическими цапфами и установленные на них через тела качени  вкладыши и обойму с цилиндрическими пазами дл  вкладышей 1. Недостатком шарнира  вл етс  наличие высоких контактных напр жений на поверхност х трени , которые ограничивают срок его службы, особенно при больших углах перекоса. Цель изобретени  - повышение долговечности шарнира при перекосах. Это достигаетс  тем, что в универсальном , шарнире, содержащем головку с цилиндрическими цапфами, и установленными на них через тела качени  вкладышами и обойму с цилиндрическими пазами дл  вкладышей , каждый вкладыш выполнен составным из трех соединенных осью частей с плоскими контактирующими поверхност ми, при этом поверхность вкладыша, сопр женна  с пазом обоймы, выполнена цилиндрической . На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый шарнир , поперечный разрез; на фиг. 2 - то же. продольный разрез; на фиг. 3 - сечение А-А на фиг- 2. Универсальный шарнир состоит из головки 1 с .цилиндрическими цапфами, оси которых расположены перпендикул рно продольной оси шарнира и обоймы 2, имеющей три цилиндрических паза. Оси пазов расположены параллельно продольной оси шарнира . На. цапфах головки 1 установлены вкладыши, составленные из наружной части 3 и одной Бнутренней части 4 и тела качени  5. Наружные части вкладышей расположены в цилиндрических пазах обоймы 2 и зафиксированы на внутренней части вкладыша ос ми 6, с возможностью поворота. На обойму 2 насажена герметизирующа  втулка 7. В работе устройства при перекосе головки 1 относительно обоймы 2 происходит сложение п ти движений; перемещение вдоль оси цапфы головки 1 и вращение вокруг ее оси внутренней части 4 вкладыща, перемещение вдоль оси паза обоймы 2 и вращение вокруг ее оси наружных частей 3 вкладыша с одновременным .вращениемFIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mechanical engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the hinge with distortions. This is achieved by the fact that in a universal hinge containing a head with cylindrical pins, and liners installed through the rolling bodies and a sleeve with cylindrical grooves for liners, each liner is made of three axially connected parts with flat contact surfaces, while the surface liner, coupled with the groove of the cage, is cylindrical. The universal joint consists of a head 1 with a cylindrical axles, the axes of which are arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hinge and a holder 2 having three cylindrical grooves. The axis of the grooves are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hinge. On. The pins of the head 1 are fitted with liners composed of the outer part 3 and one Inner part 4 and the rolling body 5. The outer parts of the liners are located in the cylindrical grooves of the sleeve 2 and fixed on the inner part of the liner with the axles 6, with the possibility of rotation.
