Description
This invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to ball joints.
The aim of the invention is to extend the functionality by ensuring operability when exposed to loads in all directions and reducing the size of the hinge.
Figure 1 shows the ball joint; figure 2 - node I in figure 1; on fig.Z - ball joint with the interchange of inserts.
Причем наружные сферические поверхности 9 и 10 вкладышей 3 и 4 выполнены радиусом, большим радиусов внутренних сферических поверхностей 11, что дает возможность получени вкладышей в осевом сечении клинообразной формы .The ball joint consists of a body consisting of two welded forgings 1 and 2, movable 3 and fixed 4 liners, a finger with a head 5 and an elastic wear compensator in the form of a ring 6 installed between opposing ends 7 and 8 of an insert 3 and 4, outer spherical the surfaces 9 and 10 of which with respect to the internal spherical surfaces 11 are made with different centers O and SI located on the axis of symmetry of the inserts, i.e. the centers O and Oi are opposite on the vertical at a distance of A and B from the common center 02 of the inner surfaces of the liners 3 and 4. Moreover, the outer spherical surfaces 9 and 10 of the liners 3 and 4 are made with a radius greater than the radii of the inner spherical surfaces 11, which allows receiving inserts in the axial section of a wedge-shaped form.
4.The ring 6 is made of rubber or thermoplastic polyurethane of the Vyur type. thus, in addition, is a seal for the working surfaces of the ring and liners 3 and 4.
В результате зазор выбираетс .When the hinge is working, when the finger with respect to the body of the hinge performs displacement at a swing angle with an angular speed w, the liners 3 and 4 are worn. 7, the liner is moved by the outer surface over the surface of the housing until the inner surface touches the surface of the head of the finger 5. As a result, the gap is selected.
Обеспечение посто нного контакта трущейс пары вкладыши - головка пальца 5 посредством автоматического устранени зазора позвол ет данной конструкции шарнира воспринимать при работе нагрузки по всем направлени м (осевые и радиальные).Ensuring a constant contact of the rubbing pair of liners - the head of the finger 5 by means of automatic elimination of the gap allows this design of the hinge to perceive the load in all directions (axial and radial).
When using hinges in some designs, the action of axial load prevails in one direction. For these designs, a hinge is proposed, the liners of which are swapped. The fixed liner 4 is made solid and perceives significant axial loads: the movable liner 3 is made split, its contact area over the sphere
с корпусом 1 уменьшена на величину смещени вкладыша, вз тую от кромки отверсти корпуса, в котором устанавливаетс и работает палец, до торца вкладыша, что уменьшает возможность применени эначительных нагрузок в его направлении.with housing 1, it is reduced by the amount of displacement of the insert taken from the edge of the opening of the housing in which the finger is installed and operated, up to the end of the insert, which reduces the possibility of applying significant loads in its direction.
For better assembly, both liners at the ball joint can be made split and moveable. In this case, the durability of the hinge will increase.
90°.The efficiency of working the hinge is higher if the inner diameter of the ring 6 is less than the diameter of the head of the finger 5, the angle / 3 between the contacting ends 7 and 8 of the liners 3 and 4 is less than 90 °.
Использование данного технического решени позволит расширить функциональные возможности (работоспособность шарнира по всем направлени м), кроме того, уменьшить габариты и металлоемкость конструкции .The use of this technical solution will allow to expand the functionality (efficiency of the hinge in all directions), in addition, to reduce the size and intensity of the structure.
