Claim A device for arranging a thread on a package containing a fixed cam connected to the housing, a truncated hollow drive cone mounted on the housing by means of a rolling bearing and a thread guide made in the form of two disks with slots connected by a split ring, and a guiding funnel mounted inside the cone coic axially to it, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and reduce dimensions, the guide funnel is made integral with the housing and connected to the inner ring of the bearing, and TOTEL cone is mounted on the outer bearing ring and is connected directly to the actuator.
