Формула изобретени Электропривод переменного тока, содержащий электродвигатель с фазным ротором, мостовые инвертор и выпр митель в цепи ротора, диод и тиристор , узел искусственной коммутации . выполненный в виде однофазнойThe invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a drive for mechanisms with a fan characteristic. An alternating current drive is known, which contains an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor, a bridge inverter and a rectifier in the rotor circuit, a diode and a thyristor, an artificial switching unit made in the form of a single-phase bridge circuit on controllable gates, the diagonal of which is switched the capacitance, the bridge rectifier output is shunted by a diode, thyristor, artificial switching unit and connected to the input of the bridge inverter 1}. However, the known electric drive has a reduced reliability due to the possibility of a breakdown in the switching of the shunt thyristor. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the drive. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an AC drive containing an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor, a bridge inverter and a rectifier in the rotor circuit, a diode and a thyristor, an artificial switching node, made in the form of a single-phase bridge circuit on control valves, in the diagonal of which switching capacity is turned on, with the bridge rectifier output shunted by a diode, a thyristor, an artificial switching node and connected to the input of a bridge inverter, a transformer with one primary and three seconds is inserted windings, a feed source and a diode, while the primary winding of the transformer is connected to the cathode group of inverter valves, and the end to the anode group of the rectifier valves, the first secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the positive end of the feed source, and the end to the anode one a group of an artificial switching node, the second secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the cathode group of an artificial switching node, and the end to the cathode of the thyristor and the beginning of the third secondary winding, its end is connected via a diode to the thyristor anode, and the inserted diode is connected to the thyristor anode by its anode, and the cathode to the anode group of an artificial switching node, with the negative output of the source of feed being connected between the beginning of the thyristor cathode. The drawing is a diagram of the device. Asynchronous motor 1 with phase-wound rotor 2 contains an unmanaged rectifier 3 in the rotor circuit, shunted by smoothing capacitance, thyristor 5 by inverter 6, the output of which is connected to the network. Transformer 7 has one primary winding 8 and three secondary windings 9, 10 and 11. The artificial switching unit 12 is made on four controlled gates 13–16 according to a half-wave circuit, in the diagonal of which switching capacity 17 is included. Source 18 of the artificial switching unit 12 consists of a non rectifier rectifier 19 It is connected to the network, and the output is shunted by a smoothing capacitance 20. The winding 8 of the transformer 7 is connected with the cathode group of inverter 6 valves, and the end with the anode group of the rectifier valves 3. The winding 9 of the transformer 7 is connected with the cathode group of rectifier valves 19, and the end is connected to the anodes of the valves 13 and 1 and to the cathode of the separation valve 21, the anode of which is connected to the cathode valve group of the rectifier 3- The winding 10 of the transformer 7 is connected to the cathodes of the valves 15 and 16, and the end to Achal coil 11 whose end is connected to the anode gate 22, the cathode of which is connected to the anode of thyristor 5 and the anode group inverter thyristor valves 6. The cathode 5 is connected to the winding end 10 and the start winding 11 and also to the cathode group. 4 sing the inverter bis valves by the anodic group of rectifier valves 19 The winding of the motor 1 is connected to the network. The device operates as follows. After the supply voltage is applied to the windings of the electric motor 1, an emf is induced in its rotor and the drive starts. At. increasing the slip to a certain value, the bridge 3 rectifies the rotor emf and, through the inverter 6, the slip energy is released into the network. After a control pulse is applied to the thyristor 5, it opens and the inverter 6 closes, i.e. the inversion process is terminated, and the rotor circuit is short-circuited, and the rectified current flows through an alternating current source. By applying control pulses to a pair of thyristors of an artificial switching node 1 and 16 or 13 and 15, depending on the charge sign on the plates of the switching capacitor 17, the latter, having discharged, will flash the thyristor 5 and the recovery mode will be repeated. In some modes, the charge of the switching capacitor 17 may not be sufficient to close the thyristor 5. The secondary windings 9, 10 and 11 of the transformer 7 are introduced to increase the voltage on the switching capacitance in order to increase the reliability of the circuit. As a result, the make-up source becomes controllable, allows starting the charging of the switching capacitor at the falling edge of the switching current pulse, which eliminates switching failure due to the occurrence of power current before the end of the thyristor on-time. 5 As the reliability increases, the design of the device is simplified, since the primary winding The input transformer provides the inductance functions in the rectified current circuit.
