Во врем проведени прессаци больной все свое внимание концентрирует на правую руку (воздействие ведетс лишь с одной стороны, обычно на правую ушную раковину). Через 2 м аутоаурикулеакупрессура заканчивает больной выт гивает руки перед собой и с закрытыми глазами сравнивает ощу щени в правой и левой руке. В это врем больному указывают, что при таком воздействии на точку, не зави симо от желани больного, хочет он этого или не хочет, у него постепен но расшир ютс сосуды на правой рук За счет улучшени поступлени крови больной почувствует нарастающее теп ло в правой руке и вместе с теплом будет нарастать т жесть в правой руке по сравнению с левой. Степень внушаемости оценивают по 4-х бальной системе: Ь-н-++ - больной чувствует тепло че рез 10-20 с после окончани аутопре сации и указывает на выраженную т )Несть в правой руке по сравнению с левой. 2.+++ - больной ощущает тепло чере 1-1,5 мин после прекращени воздействи на точку. После этого больного обучают технике воздействи на аурикул рные точки методом пальцевой аутопрессации. Далее больному рассказывают о том, как будет проходить лечение, подчеркивают преимущество данного способа. Зан ти провод т через день. Курс лечени состоит в среднем из 6-8 зан тий. При подборе точек учитывают данные анемнеза, клинического и лабораторного обследовани . Идентификацию точек воздействи провод т как по субъективным даннь1М5 так и объективным методом с помощью электроакупунктурного аппарата Элита-+. Техника воздействи на точку и количество точек на одно зан тие зависит от формы воздействи : тормозной или возбуждающей, и от топографического расположени аурикул рных точек. При тормозном варианте воздействи аутоаурикулеакупрессура протекает медленно , на выходе, с интенсивностью до ощущени ломоты, распираний в месте надавливани на точку. Общее воздействие на точку в данном случае до 2 мин. При тормозном варианте беретс не более 4-х точек на зан тие. При возбуждающем варианте воздействи количество движений прессации 2-3 в секунду, прессаци поверхностна , до ощущени давлени , онемнени . На зан тие до 6 точек. Все зан тие подраздел ют на семь этапов: 1.аутоаурикулеакупрессура; 2.фаза рел ксации; 3.кинестетическа фаза; 4.седативна фаза; 5.фаза системных внушений; 6.фаза специфических внушений; 7.фаза дегипнотизации; Фаза аутоаурикулеакупрессуры.
