A known installation for dynamic testing of objects, mainly locomotive motor blocks, comprising a fixed base, a platform supported by elastic elements with a winding of electromagnetic vibrators mounted on it, suspended from the platform and a foundation with an attachment attaching a test object to it and pinned to the table on the side facing the platform, measles of electromagnetic vibrators 1. A disadvantage of the known installation is that in testing objects, for example wheel-motor units of various weights, labor-intensive assembly and disassembly works are required to replace the upper and lower elastic elements with more rigid ones, or, on the contrary, softer ( or to change the number of elastic elements without changing the stiffness of each of them). Another disadvantage of the known installation is that during the test the base is not unloaded from the action of dynamic forces, which makes it necessary to vibro-insulate buildings by making a platform and base with masses that are ten times the mass of the test of the object's south. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the maintenance of the installation during the testing of wheel-motor units of various masses while reducing the dynamic loads perceived by the base. This goal is achieved by the fact that the installation is equipped with a set of removable weights of various masses attached to the platform by means of grippers, the mass of the lightest object under test, the total mass of the platform, windings of electromagnetic vibrators and grips for. securing the weights, the total Maccvi of the Korea electro electromagnetic vibrator table and the fixture for securing the test volume, as well as the stiffness of elastic elements located between the base and the table, and elastic elements located between the base and the platform, are related by the Mo + Mc ratio. % where M is the mass of the lightest of the tested objects; Mg is the total mass of the table, the core of electromagnetic vibrators and the fixture for fixing the test object; M is the total mass of the platform, the winding of electromagnetic vibrators and grippers for securing loads; K - stiffness of elastic elements located between the base and the table; K. - stiffness of elastic elements located between the base and the platform. In addition, the longitudinal axes of all elastic elements are arranged vertically. The centers of gravity of the object under test, the total mass of the platform, the winding of electromagnetic vibrators, grippers for securing loads, the total mass of the table, the cores of electromagnetic vibrators, devices for fixing the test object, and the centers of gravity of elastic elements are located on the line of action of the vector the resultant force of the attraction of electromagnetic vibrators. Figure 1 shows the proposed installation; figure 2 - the mounting of the test unit to the installation table. The installation contains a platform 1 with windings of electromagnetic B41 electrators 2 installed on it, a table 3. With the crust of k electromagnets 2 located on it and accessories. . 4, 5 for fastening used wheel and motor unit 6, upper 7, intermediate 8 and lower 9 elastic elements, placed respectively between table 3 and base 10, between platform 1 and table 3 and between base 10 and platform 1. On the platform, clamps are installed 11 for securing cargoes 12 thereto, made in the form of a set of removable sections of various weights. The installation design satisfies the following conditions. First, the mass MQ of the lightest test unit 6, the total mass Mfi of platform 1, the windings of electromagnetic vibrators 2 and grips 11 for securing loads 12, the total mass of M, from table 3, cores 4 of electromagnetic vibrators 2 and fixture 5 for fixing the test wheel -motor block, rigidity Kn and K. The upper 7 and J3, respectively, and the lower 9 elastic elements are interconnected by the relationship Mo + He M, n Secondly, the elastic elements 7.8 and 9 are arranged so that their longitudinal axes are vertical. Thirdly, the mutual arrangement of the parts of the installation is such that the centers of gravity of the test object, the total mass of the platform 1, the windings of electromagnetic vibrators 2 and the grippers 11 for securing loads 12, the total mass of table 3, korea k of electromagnetic vibrators 2 and fixtures 5 The tested block 6, as well as the centers of rigidity of the upper 7, intermediate 8 and lower 9 elastic elements are located on the line of action of the vector of the resultant force of attraction of parts of electromagnetic vibrators. The maintenance of the installation during its preparation for testing the wheel-motor-unit, the mass of which differs from the mass of the previously tested unit, is as follows. Before testing, based on the passive values of the mass of the test unit 6, the total mass of the platform 1 with the windings of electromagnetic vibrators 2. and grips 11 for securing loads 12, the total mass of the table 3 with the cortex A of electromagnetic vibrators 2 and the device 5 for fastening the subject block 6, stiffness
12.The upper 7 and lower 9 elastic elements, from the ratio (M + M) K (Mpg) Kg, determine the mass Mre of the cargo 12, which is needed to minimize the dynamic forces acting during operation of the installation on its base 10. Then, using a set of removable sections, loads 12 are assembled with a mass closest to a specific calculation and grippers 11 are attached to platform 1. The windings of electromagnetic vibrators 2 are connected to an alternating voltage source, which causes oscillating phase-related movements of platform 1 and table 3 with test block 6, while m, the intermediate elastic elements 8, when operating in the design modes, provide a resonant amplification of the oscillations of the table 3 with the test wheel-motor unit 6 located on it. As a result of oscillations of the platform 1 and the table 3, the base 10 from the bottom 9 and the upper 7 elastic elements is exposed to vertical forces If the amplitude of the resultant force that loads the base 10 exceeds the amplitude established by the operating rules of the installation, the weight of the counterweights 12 is adjusted.
The amplitude of the resultant force is determined by calculating it, for example, as the difference between the product of the stiffness of the upper elastic elements 7 and the measured amplitude of the table moving relative to the base 10 and the product of the stiffness of the lower elastic elements 9 and the measured amplitude of movement of the platform 1 relative to the base 10. If the product of stiffness of the upper elastic elements 7 by the amplitude of movement of the table 3 relative to the base 10 is greater than the product of the stiffness of the lower elastic elements 9 by the amplitude n remescheni platform relative to the base 10, the mass of the load 12 decreases. In the opposite case, the weight of the cargo increases. Equipment installation loads eliminates the time-consuming installation work on the replacement and rearrangement of the upper and lower elastic elements. This reduces the time and labor required for retooling the installation. Execution of cargo in the form of a set of removable sections of different weights
Благодар этому испытуемый колесно-моторный блок может быть подвергнут нагрузке значительными инерционными силами.allows almost completely relieving the base from the action of vertical dynamic forces. Due to this, the wheel motor block under test can be subjected to a load by considerable inertial forces.
