Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymes. SUBSTANCE: method of immobilization of serine proteases on polymeric matrices involves the radiation grafted copolymerization of polymer with unsaturated compound containing reactive groups followed by treatment of the obtained grafted copolymer with enzyme solution. α,β-Unsaturated monobasic carboxylic acid chloroanhydride is used as unsaturated compound containing reactive groups. Alternative method involves the use of acrylic or methacrylic acid chloroanhydrides as α,β-unsaturated monobasic carboxylic acid chloroanhydrides. Alternative method involves the radiation grafted copolymerization carrying out at effect of γ- radiation at the dose 1.0-4.0 Mrad. EFFECT: increased enzyme activity, simplified process.
