Изобретение относитс  к области испытани  материалов на трение и износ и, в частности, испытани  при импульсном нагружении и смазывании тел трени . Известно устройство дл  испытани  материалов на трение и изнашивание, содержащее механизм нагружени  пары трени  в виде пневмокамеры, компрессор, воздействующий на диафрагму и через щток передающий давление на пару трени  1. Недостатком указанного устройства  вл етс  посто нное нагружение пары трени  при испытании ее. Наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сути и достигаемому эффекту  вл етс  устройство дл  испытани  материалов на трение и износ, содержащее станину дл  размещени  на ней испытуемой пары трени , механизм нагружени , выполненный в виде гидроцилиндра и насоса, средства подвода смазки в контакт пары трени  и привод вращени  пары трени  2. Недостатком устройства  вл етс  низка  точность и эффективность испытани , что обусловлено невозможностью создани  импульсного нагружени  и смазывани  пары трени . Цель изобретени  - повыщение точности и эффективности испытани  при импульсном нагружении и смазывании пары трени . Цель достигаетс  за счет того, что устройство снабжено импульсным питателем, соединенным с насосом и гидроцилиндром. На чертеже представлено устройство дл  испытани  материалов на трение и износ, содержащее станину 1 дл  размещени  пары трени  из образцов 2 и 3, механизм нагружени , выполненный в виде гидроцилиндра 4 и насоса 5, средства подвода смазки в контакт пары трени , включающие трубопроводы 6, 7, 8 и вентили 9 и 10, привод вращени  (на чертеже не показан). Устройство снабжено импульсным питателем 11, соединенным с насосом 5 и гидроцилиндром 4 с помощью трубопроводов 12 и 13 и вентилей 14 и 15. Давление в гидроцилиндре 4 регистрируетс  манометром 16. Нагружение пары трени  осуществл етс  от порщн  гидроцилиндра 4 через рычаг 17. Дроссель 18 предназначен дл  слива смазки из гидроцилиндра 4 через трубопровод 19 в систему.The invention relates to the field of testing materials for friction and wear and, in particular, testing under impulse loading and lubrication of friction bodies. The disadvantage of the device is the low accuracy and effectiveness of the test, which is caused by the impossibility of creating impulse loading and lubrication of the pair of friction. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy and efficiency of testing under pulsed loading and lubrication of a pair of friction. The goal is achieved due to the fact that the device is equipped with a pulse feeder connected to a pump and a hydraulic cylinder. The drawing shows a device for testing materials for friction and wear, comprising a frame 1 for accommodating a pair of friction from samples 2 and 3, a loading mechanism made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 4 and a pump 5, means for supplying lubricant to the contact of a pair of friction, including pipelines 6, 7 , 8 and valves 9 and 10, a rotational drive (not shown). The device is equipped with a pulse feeder 11 connected to a pump 5 and a hydraulic cylinder 4 by means of pipelines 12 and 13 and valves 14 and 15. The pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 4 is recorded by a pressure gauge 16. The loading of the friction pair is carried out from the hydraulic cylinder 4 through the lever 17. The choke 18 is designed for drain the lubricant from the hydraulic cylinder 4 through pipe 19 into the system.
