Description
(54) RESONANT STAND FOR TESTS OF SHAFTS
The invention relates to general mash-building and can be advantageously used; o (l test of shafts for strength. Known is a resonant stand for testing shafts containing two spring-loaded masses mounted on the base with clamps for fastening the test shaft, on one of which is placed directional vibrator., containing two drive shafts with weights eccentrically located relative to the axis of rotation, indicator 1. However, the known stand does not allow high quality durability testing of shafts. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of shafts testing. The goal is achieved by having a stand mounted on the base of two vertically spring-loaded masses with clips to mount the test watt, one of which has a directional vibrator containing two shaft with eccentrically located with respect to the axis of rotation of the goods, the indicator, and the vibrator is mounted to rotate around an axis perpendicular to the axis of attachment of the test subject la, and the axis of the drive shaft parallel to the axis of rotation of the vibrator. FIG. 1 dan booth ,. general form; in fig. 2 - the same, side view; in fig. 3 is a diagram of the loading of a shaft by bending; in FIG. 4 shows a shaft loading circuit with torsion, and FIG. 5 is a diagram of a combined shaft loading. On base 1, two weights 3 are mounted on springs 2 with clips 4 for fastening the test shaft 5. On one weight 3 there is a directional vibrator 6 containing two drives from the engine 7 with the coupling 8 of the shaft 9 with eccentric loads located relative to the axis of rotation. An indicator 10 is mounted on the test shaft 5 to measure the shaft deformation.
The stand works as follows.
The clamps 4 secure the masses 3 to the test shaft 5 with the indicator 10. The motor 7 is turned on, the shafts 9 which rotate cause rotation, the loads of which create a moment, the shaft 5 is loaded. if in the horizontal plane it is a torque. At other positions, a combined load occurs.
The use of a resonance test bench for fatigue will make it possible to approximate the test conditions of the shafts to operational ones, to expand the possibilities of its use. Distribution of possible applications is achieved by testing machine parts on the proposed stand by loading or bending or torsion. The use of the stand will increase reliability and durability as
отдельных деталей, individual parts
так и узлов и машин в целом.so and nodes and machines in general.
