Description
II
The invention relates to the field of washing parts of bearings.
There are a large number of water-based detergents containing surface-active substances (surfactants)., Mineral salts (carbonates, silicates, phosphates, etc.) as components that enhance the detergent effect of surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors to protect products from corrosion during Cleaning and drying, for example, a detergent containing polyglycol esters of synthetic fatty alcohols C Q-Qg Sintanol and monoethanolamine 1 J. This tool perfectly degreases the surface, but has insufficient dispersing and anti-corrosive action, In this connection, the tool is ineffective in cleaning parts from contamination, which include metal and abrasive particles - sludge along with fatty products, and protection against corrosion is provided only during industrial parts due to
высокой коррозионной активности ОД- ного из компонентов - синтанола.high corrosiveness of ONE of the components - synthanol.
It is also known detergent, water-based, containing, g / 1 l of water:
0,5-50.5-5
Propylene carbonate
5-15 2. Monoethanolamine
This tool effectively cleans the surface of parts from oily particles, i.e. possesses good degreasing and emulsifying properties, but weak dispersing and antiresorption properties; therefore, its detergent action against solid contaminants, in particular, metal sludge, is not enough, which makes it impossible to use it for cleaning parts after finishing operations. Besides,
3 .20 Since propylene carbonate is non-corrosive and moethanolamine is a corrosion inhibitor, this detergent provides protection against corrosion of parts during washing and drying, but subsequent storage of washed parts protects too short-term, only for 1-2 days, which is not enough for bearing production conditions . The aim of the invention is to increase the detergent and protective action of the agent. The aim is achieved by the fact that a water-based detergent containing a surfactant, as surfactant according to the invention, contains a salt of cyclohexylamine and synthetic fatty acids of fraction Q, -. C. in the amount of 1-20 g / 1 l of water. The salt of cyclohexylamine and synthetic fatty acids C Qa (trade name M-1), like all salts of amines and organic acids, does not leave salt deposits and films, thick films, which deteriorate the accuracy of measuring the geometrical parameters of bearing parts. The combination of high dispersing and anti-desorption properties provides a high detergency with respect to solid contaminants. Along with that, the adsorption of M-1 molecules on the metal surface after removing solid particles from it provides effective protection of the metal against corrosion during inter-operative parts storage. after washing. In those cases, when the foam is undesirable, it is necessary to additionally add a foamed pen to the detergent, for example polymethylsilane (a derivative of silicones) in the amount of 0.05-1, 50 g / 1 l of water. To improve the emulsifying properties of the agent, which allows to improve the surface degreasing in those cases when it is necessary, for example, before applying solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide and others, polyglycol ethers of synthetic fatty alcohols Cyjj-Cg (syntanol) in the amount of 0.3 are added to the solution -0.8 g / 1 liter of water and (sulphate alkyl sulfates in amounts 0.51.0 g / 1 l of water. The introduction of additional target components does not affect the effectiveness of the detergent with respect to solid contaminants - metal sludge. Example 1. The washing action of aqueous solutions. taken at the production site immediately after the operation of finishing the gutter. The cleaning quality is assessed by wiping the gutter with standard filter paper strips and then comparing them with cleanliness standards showing residual load nennost surface rings dovod9chnym slurry in mg / dm. The permissible surface contamination of the bearing rings is 2 mg / dm. Standards of cleanliness are made by applying to the surface of the rings the finishing sludge from a gasoline solution; and weigh the rings to the nearest 0.1 mg before and after wiping. The results of determining the detergent effect of the solutions are presented in Table .. Example 2. Ample effect of aqueous solutions. The anti-corrosion protective effect of the solutions is assessed directly on the washed rings after keeping them for three days in a humid chamber with cyclic temperature difference f Q / 20 ° C, humidity 95%, SO-2 concentration 0.5 mg / l (simulated industrial atmosphere) , as well as after exposure to the laboratory atmosphere for 30 days. The presence of corrosive lesions on the groove is determined under a microscope at a magnification of 16x. The results are shown in table 2. Example 3. Foaming ability of solutions. The foaming capacity is determined by the amount (volume, ml) and the duration of the existence of the foam over the standard solution volume after mixing it in the measuring cylinder with a fluoroplastic piston. After the defoamer-polymethylsiloxane is introduced into the solution, the detergent and protective action against solid contaminants is checked. The quality of ring cleaning and the degree of corrosion protection after washing in the solution containing the defoamer remain at the level of the solution without defoamer. The results of determining the foaming ability of the solutions are given in Table 3.
