(54) MONOMETRIC THERMOMETER
и- 4 не выравниваетс .The invention relates to a manometric thermometer. According to the main author. St. 537259, a thermometer is known that contains a thermal bulb divided by a rigid partition into two cavities filled with thermometric substances with different thermal coefficients of pressure, for which gas with different densities is used. The cavities of the bulb are connected via capillaries to a differential pressure transducer tl3. The disadvantage of this thermometer is the low measurement accuracy due to the influence of the connecting capillary temperature on the device readings. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. This goal is achieved by the fact that one of the cavities of the bulb is partially filled with a lightly boiling liquid. The thermometer is fully compensated. since the temperature of the medium in which the coupling is located; the capillaries do not affect its volume. The drawing shows the proposed manometric thermometer. The device contains a thermal cylinder 1, divided by a rigid gas-liquid-tight partition 2 into two cavities 3 and 4, filled with a thermometric substance — a non-condensing gas (for example, air). The cavity 4 contains low boiling liquid 5. Through the capillaries 6 and 7, cavities 3 and 4 are connected to a differential pressure transducer made in the form of a boiling pipe 8, inside which a column of high boiling liquid 9 moves with a pointer 10.). A scale 11 is located along the capillary 8. The thermometer allows recording the maximum and minimum temperatures in a controlled environment. If it is intended to fix the maximum temperature, the indicator 10 should be set near the column-limiting fluid 9 of the meniscus facing cavity 4, and if the minimum is opposite. When the thermometer is moved to the environment, the temperature of which is measured, pressure in cavities 3 and 4 occurs, and pressure in cavity 4 always changes in pressure in cavity 3 due to the presence of liquid vapor 5, the pressure difference is perceived by a column of liquid .9 a differential pressure transducer that moves with as long as the pressure in cavity 3 .and 4 is not equalized.
Under the action of surface tension, the pointer 10 moves along with the liquid column 9. When the temperature deviates from the extremum value, the liquid column 9 begins to move to its original position, and the pointer 10 remains in the reached message, fixing it. According to the position of the indicator 10 at a fire scale of 11, the temperature of the medium is determined.
A canometric gas-liquid thermometer makes it possible, with the minimum size of a thermal bottle, to measure the temperament of gas and liquid media with high accuracy (up to .0.1 ° C).
