Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к машиност-роению и предназначено дл  использовани  в многопозиционных карусельных, преимущественно, сборочных автоматах, широко примен емых в приборостроении. Известен многопозиционный автомат, содержащий поворотный стол, рабочие позиции со штоками, взаимодействующим с кулачками, расположенные вокруг поворотного стола Ги . . Однако привод рабочих позиций данного автомата очень сложен и затрудн  ет доступ к исполнительным механизЦель изобретени  - упрощение конст рукции автомата. Дл  достижени  этой цели автомат снабжен диском, установленным соосно поворотному столу с возможностью качани  относительно его оси, а кулачки жестко закреплены на упом нутом диске . На фиг. 1 схематически изображен многопозиционный автомат; на фиг. 2 вид А на фиг, 1. На плите 1 автомата закреплен стакан 2) в котором установлен вал, несущий поворотный стол 3 с подлежащи1-1и обработке издели ми 4, и цевочный делительный диск 5. Между плитой 1 и ограничительным кольцом 6 с .возможностью поворота вокруг оси стакана. 2 размещен диск 7, несущий на себе кулачки 8, предназначенные дл  непосредственного воздействи  на размещенные вокруг поворотного стола 3 штоки 9 рабочих позиций. Конструкци  последних может быть самой разнообразной и зависит от конкретного назначени , на фиг. 1-2 условно показан.только один целевой механизм . Через вырез 10 в плите проходит прикрепленный к диску поводок 1, св занный т гой 12 с рычагом 13 привода качани . Распределительный вал 14 несет на себе кулак 15, 3 предназначенный дл  осуществлени  прерывистого вращени  карусели 3 воздействием на цевочный делительный диск 5 (может быть любое другое поворотное устройство, например мальтийский механизм). Кулак 16 предназначен дл  приведении в качательное движение диска 7 вокруг поворотного стола 3 через рычаг 13, т гу 12 и поводок 11 в момент высто  поворотного стола 3. Угол качани  диска 7 равен примерно 20 . Это позвол ет закрепленным на диске 7 кулакам 8 действовать только в зоне, управл емых каждым из них што ков 9 рабочих позиций, не взаимодейству  с соседними. Распределительный вал 14 приводитс  во вращение электродвигателем 17 через редуктор 18. Многопозиционный автомат работает следующим образом,При вращении распределительного вала 14 кулак 15 посредством цевочного диска 5 прерывисто поворачивает поворотный стол 3 с наход щимис  в его гнездах подлежащими обработке издели ми 4. В момент высто  поворотного стола 3 диск 7 делает качательное движение вокруг него, получа  движени от кулака Мб через рычаг 13, т гу 12 5 и поводок 11. При этом закрепленные на диске 7 кулачки 8 привод т в действие штоки 9.рабочих позиций (головки ) дл  производства технологических операций над размещенными в гнездах карусели 3 издели ми 4. Использование изобретени  позвол ет улучшить технико-экономические характеристики карусельных автоматов, щироко примен емых в приборостроении.
