This hysterographer has a limited -, Hbiii overhead frequency range of magnetization of samples, insufficient suppression of additive error, averager and a device for eliminating any harmonics of the signal caused by magnetostriction, are extremely complex electronic installations. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and expansion of the frequency range. This goal is achieved in that a hysterograph containing a magnetizing system with an alternator, a magnetic field transducer of a magnetic field into an electrically signal, an optically coupled light source, a polarizer, an analyzer and a radiation receiver, a pre-amplifier and a two-coordinate recorder, are additionally entered master oscillator, switch, synchronizer, stroboscopic converter and synchronous detector, with the output of the preamplifier connected to the Y-input of the two-coordinate control through the synchronous detector, the reference input of which is connected to the output of the master oscillator, the sync input of the synchronizer and the signal input of the stroboscopic transducer are connected to the output of the magnetic field voltage transducer, the outputs of the synchronizer are connected to the master oscillator to the chronizing input of the light source and the X-input of the two-coordinate recorder is connected to the output of the stroboscopic converter, the reference input of which is connected to one of the rows synchronizer. In addition, the light source in it is pulsed, and the preamplifier is narrowband. FIG. 1 shows a structural diagram of a magneto-optical hysterograph; in fig. 2 - gate control signal in the registration unit; in fig. 3 is a diagram of the formation of a signal at the Y-output of a two-coordinate hyster; in the magneto-optical hysterographer (Fig. 1), a generator I of an alternating current is connected to a magnetizing system 2 with sample 3 and a converter 4 of the intensity of a magnetic field into an electrical signal. The output of converter 4 is connected to the inputs of synchronizer 5 and the signal input of the strobe converter 6, to the output of which the X input of the two-coordinate recorder 7 is connected. At the same time, one of the outputs of the synchronizer 5 is connected to the reference input of the strobroscopic converter 6. Synchronizer outputs 5 through the switch 8, the control input of which is connected to the master oscillator 9, are connected to the synchronization input of the pulsed light source 10, which through polarizer I1, sample 3 and the analyzer 12 are connected to photo-receivers It is 13. The output of the photodetector 13 is through a preliminary narrowband amplifier 14 and the Synchronous detector 15 is connected by a Y input of the two-coordinate recorder 7, the reference input of the synchronous detector 15 is connected to the output of the master oscillator 9. The device operates as follows. An alternating current generator I generates a current of a predetermined frequency, which is converted by a magnetizing system 2 into a magnetic field H (fig. 2a) of the reversal sample 3 under test. For the magnetizing system 2, for example, the Helmholtz coil system is used and the generator 1 AC, for example, a power amplifier connected to the output of an alternating sinusoidal voltage generator. From the output of the converter 4, the intensity of the magnetic field into an electric signal, for example, alternating resistor, alternating voltage is fed to the input of synchronizer 5, which produces synchronization pulses with a large duty cycle and frequency equal to the frequency of the INPUT voltage. The pulses on the first U and second Uj outputs of the synchronizer 5 differ only by a phase shift of 180 (Fig , 2 b, c), the phase shift of the synchronization pulses slowly and monotonously changing with respect to the input voltage. The time during which the phase shift changes by 360 corresponds to the time of registration of the complete hysteresis loop a, From one of the outputs of the synchronizer 5, the pulses arrive at the reference input of the stroboscopic converter which converts the signal from the output of the magnetic field converter 4 into a slowly varying voltage j whose magnitude is proportional to the instantaneous value H at the instant of the synchronization pulse. Thus, the output signal of the stroboscopic converter 5 6 repeats the shape of the input signal, but the period of the output signal is equal to the registration time of the hysteresis loop. Next, the output signal goes to the X-input of the two-coordinate recorder 7, In addition, from both outputs of the synchronizer 5, the pulses go to switch 8 which alternately with the voltage frequency Uj (FIG. 2 g and FIG. 3B) produced by the master oscillator 9 supplies them to the clock input of the pulsed light source 10, which emits light pulses f (FIG. ). As a pulsed light source 10, for example, a continuous-action laser with a Pockels electro-optic cell is used. Light pulses pass through polarizer 1I and fall onto sample 3. The azimuth of polarization of the light pulses reflected from sample 3 varies with respect to the polarization azimuth of the incident light pulses by an angle p (Fig. 2e, directly proportional to the instantaneous value the magnetization of the illuminated portion of sample 3, with the sign of the angle Y varying with the frequency of the voltage generated by the master oscillator 9. After passing through the analyzer 12, the light pulses FR (Fig. 2 g) are converted by the photodetector 13 into an electrical signal. ojfl (fig. 2 3 and fig. 3 a) of this nick and voltage signal produced by master oscillator 9 is proportional to the instantaneous magnetization. This harmonic is amplified in the preliminary narrowband amplifier 14 and detected by a synchronous detector 15 with a long time constant. the varying voltage Uy (Fig. 3c) from the output of the synchronous detector 15 repeats the shape of a periodic with a frequency of resetting the magnetization change of the illuminated portion of sample 3, but the period of this voltage is equal to the recording time hysteresis loops; then it goes to the Y-input of the two-coordinate recorder 7. Thus, a device that allows the use of optical fibering, in comparison with the known magneto-optical hysterographer, increases the accuracy by 8–10 times, more than tenfold expansion of the frequency range of operation, as well as the possibility of registering an hour of 2 hysteresis loops. Sensitivity has been implemented, allowing measurement of the angle of magneto-optical rotation with magnetic saturation 5 times more accurate and allowing measurement of the initial magnetic permeability of materials such as ferrite films; expansion of the frequency range allows measurements of the frequency dependences of parameters on a larger number of materials, including those with features in the higher frequency range. Both of the latter circumstances indicate an increase in the informativity of the proposed hysterograph as compared to the known one. Simplification and cheapening of an electronic recording device made on conventional electronic nodes, where for this purpose, as well as to eliminate even harmonics due to magnetostriction, the actual electronic computer is used. The invention formula a magneto-optical hysterographer containing an magnetizing system with an alternating current generator, converter the magnitude of the magnetic field into an electrical signal, an optically coupled light source, a polarizer, an analyzer, and a receiver; A preliminary amplifier and a two-coordinate recorder, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy and expansion of the frequency range, a master oscillator, a switch, a synchronizer, a stroboscopic converter and a synchronous detector are added to it, while the preamplifier output is connected to Y The BXO house of the two-coordinate recorder through a synchronous detector, the reference input of which is connected to the output of the master oscillator, the synchronizer input and the signal input of the stroboscopic conversion The transmitter is connected to the output of the magnetic field intensity converter, the synchronizer outputs are connected via a switch, the KoTopoiO control input is connected to the master oscillator, connected to the synchronizing input of the light source, and the X-input of the two-coordinate recorder is connected to the output of the 8-stroboscopic converter, the reference input pogo connected to one of the outputs of the synchronizer.
