Description
The invention relates to polishing pastes and can be used in mechanical engineering for polishing non-ferrous and ductile metals, for example for polishing aluminum profiles. Known polishing paste containing chromium oxide, oleic acid, technical grease, paraffin and abrasive powder. However, this polishing paste is very soft and deformed, and when polishing its non-ferrous metals, the full-felt felt wheel is quickly salted. In connection with this, the quality of polishing is sharply reduced and the productivity is reduced as a result of the occurrence of high telesheratura in the cutting zone. To eliminate this phenomenon, frequent cleaning and straightening of the polyvalent circle is required. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of polishing parts, increase productivity, improve the technological properties of the paste and improve working conditions. This goal is achieved by the fact that polishing paste containing chromium oxide, oleic acid (54) POLYGOW PASTE, technical fat, paraffin and abrasive powder, contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: Chromium oxide 35.7-37.5 Oleinova acid8.8-10.0 Technical fat7.4-8.6, Paraffin8.8-10.0 Abrasive powder35.7-37.5, Polishing paste is prepared as follows. Paraffin and technical grease are melted, oleic acid is added. Consistently introduce the remaining components, mixing them until a homogeneous mass. To obtain a polishing paste, three mixtures are prepared, the contents of the ingredients in which are given in table. 1. The test results of polishing pastes are presented in table. 2. Each of the proposed pastes does not differ in properties from each other. From tab. 2 shows that when testing polishing pastes, the same results were obtained on the purity of the treated surface (grade 9). All pastes have good technological properties, sufficient
