С 01 В 25/22,27.05.74;. 25 sulfate dihydrate, calcium zaklyuchayuschims in the decomposition of phosphate feed sulfuric acid and circulating phosphoric 1mi acids in the presence of fluorinated additives and pulp dihydrate sul30 calcium veil, in the crystallization of the hemihydrate of calcium sulphate, separating it from phosphoric acid, the recrystallization of the hemihydrate to dihydrate in the presence of alumina and a slurry of dihydrate compounds calcium sulphate, its filtration and washing with a solution containing aluminum compounds and the direction of the wash water obtained after washing the dihydrate with a perekrist tion of, the amount administered to both step x pulp calcium sulfate dihydrate is 1.5% by weight of the feedstock, the amount of fluorinated additives, and alumina compounds is 5-6 and 1-2.5 kg per ton feed, respectively. At the same time, in the process of decomposition of the raw material, crystallization of calcium sulfate hemihydrate and its recrystallization, the ionic ratio of fluorine to aluminum in the liquid part of the pulp is equal to (1-3): 1. The differences of the invention are the decomposition of raw materials and the recrystallization of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to dihydrate, the cost of additives, the ionic ratio of the liquid part of the pulp, and the washing of the sulfate dihydrate with a solution containing aluminum compounds. These differences can reduce the fluorine content in calcium sulfate dihydrate from 0.10-0.114%, reduce the recrystallization time to 3 hours, and increase the decomposition rate of the raw material to 99.6%. In addition, it allows to improve the washing of the fabric filter, which is expressed in a decrease by 10-20% of its resistance during filtration. When the pulp of calcium sulfate dihydrate is less than 1%, the recrystallization time increases, while when the consumption is more than 5%, the size of calcium sulfate crystals decreases, which impairs filtration. The consumption of additives and the ion ratio cause the formation of positively charged fluoroaluminium complexes in the liquid part of the pulp, contributing to the expansion of the crystallization region of calcium sulfate dihydrate and a decrease in the stability of the initially crystallizing hemihydrate. With lower and higher additive costs, the filterability of calcium sulfate is impaired. i As a fluorine-containing additive, hydrogen fluoride, fluorine-bifthread ammonium, i.e. compounds derived from waste fluorine gas in the production of phosphoric acid. As aluminum compounds, water-soluble substances are taken, in particular aluminum sulphate. Example 1. Apatite millite end is decomposed with sulfuric and circulating phosphoric acids at 95 ° C for 1-1.5 hours. 6 kg of fluorine per 1 ton of raw material in the form of ammonium fluoride bifluoride and 1% by weight of calcium sulfate dihydrate feed is introduced into the reactor . Aluminum is injected with wash water from the washing operations of filter cloth and dihydrate in the amount of 2.5 kg of aluminum per 1 ton of raw material. The F / AK ion ratio in the liquid part of the pulp is 1.1. In the process of recrystallization support W: T 7: 1. The recrystallization is completed after 3 hours. Most of the pulp is filtered and pass through. Calcium sulfate dihydrate is obtained, containing 0.014% by weight of F; BUT OCCUR. 20.3, and having a specific surface of 2000, Krasl. Grows to 99.5%. PRI m e R 2. The filtrate is used as a dilution solution upon decomposition of the raw material, the raw material rises to 99.4%. PRI me R 3, Lead the decomposition of apatite concentrate at. In the process of decomposition and cristianization of calcium sulfate hemihydrate, 5.7 kg of fluorine per 1 ton of raw material and 3% by weight of the raw material of calcium sulfate dihydrate pulp from the recrystallization stage are introduced. K increases to 99.6%. The invention allows to increase the utilization rate of phosphate raw material by 2.5%, reduce the loss of fluoride with calcium sulfate dihydrate precipitate in 1, 5-3 times and eliminate phosphogypsum from the shafts as it can be used used in agriculture, cement industry, or industry for living. 1.
