Description
The invention relates to contact elements, in particular to a contact brush for electric machines.
Известен контактный элемент, на- _ пример щетка для электрических ма- э шин, содержащий монолитное тело из пластмассы и расположенные в нем токопроводящие элементы из графита (. 1].Known contact element HA _ Example brush for electric Ma- e tires, comprising a monolithic plastic body disposed therein and conductive elements made of graphite (. 1].
The aim of the invention is to increase the service life and strength.
The goal is achieved in that the conductive elements are made of fibers in the form of a lattice structure located in the sintered polyamide. In addition, the conductive elements are evenly distributed in the monolithic body.
At least a portion of the conductive elements extends at their ends to opposite surfaces of the contact element.
25Several lattice structures are arranged in parallel planes. 25
Several lattice structures are located in intersecting planes.
The contact element is provided with abrasive means, preferably located on the surface of the contact element adjacent to the collector.
Fiber glass was taken as an abrasive.
1.In FIG. 1 shows a contact element in a schematic, enlarged image, partially broken? in FIG. 2a and 26 are sections AA in FIG. one.
Contact element 1 (Fig. 1} consists mainly of polyamide. For conducting electric current, contact-conducting elements are provided in the contact element 2. For the forya version of Fig. 1, these elements are formed in the form of a lattice structure of conductive material. To improve the current flow, the polyamide itself in addition, to some extent it can be filled with graphite. The placement of the lattice structure in the contact element 1 in this case contributes to the strength of the contact element 1. The lattice structure may consist, for example, of. metal, preferably from silver or copper. In certain cases, it is advisable that the lattice structure is a carbon fabric 3 lies open. Also, in the contact element 4 are connecting media or graphite fibers or, respectively, artificial coal. Moreover, the location of the lattice structure at the sliding contacts is such that at least one final section of the structure on the contact surface 3 of the contact element 1 and (or) on the conjugated surface 4 of the contact element of the possible plane These are fixed means by which contact element 1 can join other components. According to a certain embodiment, several lattice structures can be placed in the contact element 1 in planes parallel to each other (Fig. 2a). An improvement in the strength of the contact element 1 is also achieved if, according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 26, the lattice structures are placed in intersecting planes. According to another embodiment, the conductive elements can also be formed of fine graphite fibers, which at one end lie freely on the contact surface 3 of the contact element 1. Also in this case, the graphite fibers in the contact element can be evenly distributed. The placement of the indicated products 2 in the contact element is preferably carried out during the manufacture of contact material 1. The process may be a sintering or melting process of the starting material. In particular, when using the contact element as the contact brush of an electric machine, it is advisable that the contact element, at least in the area of its contact surface adjacent to the machine collector, be equipped with abrasive means, which can be fiberglass. ( As a result of this, the collector of the machine interacting with the contact element is kept clean, therefore, a good current transfer is always ensured. Along with the indicated single production of contact elements, it is also possible that several contact elements are cut from one separate workpiece. The advantages of the proposed contact element are the fact that it can be made very cheap, has an extremely compact design and a long life / service, and in certain cases for example, it is subject to relatively low wear, which also prevents the formation of leakage currents, which are unavoidable with known brushes in the area resulting from dust abrasion. The proposed contact element also has the advantage that only small amounts of expensive contact elements are necessary for its manufacture The transient resistance of the contact element may also be affected by the tightness of the conductive means in the contact element.
