Description
1The invention relates to pulp and paper production and can be used for. manufacture of cardboard. Known pulp for the manufacture of containerboard, containing sulphate larch cellulose. However, the reduced binding capacity of the crown fibers does not allow for the production of cardboard with high strength. A known pulp containing larch cellulose with spruce added up to 5O%, ketspooh cardboard has high physicomechanical characteristics. But spruce wood is a scarce raw material, and, in addition, the cost price of such paperboard is increased due to the fact that tons of pulp spruce wood output is 15–2% more than larch wood 1. Fiber pulp is also known for the production of baseboard used as a smooth layered cardboard based on sulphate pulp from larch wood , including a semi-finished high yield, monosulphitic hemicellulose, from which cardboard of improved quality is obtained and at a lower cost 2. However, due to the difficulty of regenerating spent monosulfite liquor, this method is not used in a number of enterprises. The chain of the invention is to increase fracture resistance and compression while reducing the cost of material. This goal is achieved by the fact that the pulp for the manufacture of packaging material containing sulphite pulp from larch wood and a high yield semi-finished product contains a semi-finished product of high output as a semi-high output, 85% obtained by cooking hardwood with green liquor at the following components May %, Sulphate pulp from larch wood6O-9O Semi-finished high yield 1O-4O As a semi-finished high output, a semifinished product with a yield of 85% obtained by cooking with green lye of hardwood (birch + aspen) with a consumption of 1O% of total alkali is used. In tab. 1 shows the quality indicators of the semi-finished product (for a casting of 75 g / m). Example, To obtain the proposed pulp, sulphate pulp from larch is ground to a grinding degree of 18-2O SHR, and a semi-finished product with a yield of 85%, obtained when cooking hardwood 1A with dried lye to the degree of grinding of an SO of ShR After that, the semi-finished product is prepared the composition of the fibrous mass. In tab. 2 shows the ratios of components,%, May. From the obtained fibrous masses of the LOA-1 sheet-casting apparatus, cardboard castings with a mass of 145150 r / N are made and the quality indicators are determined. For comparison, on the same machine, castings of J-617 714 mass are made. IV table. 3 shows the quality indicators of castings. As can be seen from the table, the cardboard made from the proposed fibrous mass has a higher breaking force when the ring is compressed, which is achieved due to the high content of hemicelluloses in the semi-finished product of high yield obtained by cooking wood with green liquor. The cost per ton of cardboard produced using a high-yield semi-finished product is 8-10 p lower because the cost of producing a semi-finished product is less than the cost of producing a monosulfite semi-cellulose. At the same time, the content of a high-yield semi-finished product in the composition of the mass can be increased without reducing the quality of cardboard to 4%, which also affects cost reduction. The resulting cardboard with high rigidity indicators provides the cardboard container made of it with high compressive strength, which is one of the most important requirements imposed on the container. The higher rigidity properties of the cards allow it to achieve certain values. -1x requirements for resistance to squeezing of cardboard boxers, use cardboard with a reduced weight of square meter, which in turn reduces the cost of packaging costs, i T a b e c i 1
