При входе камер 10 ротора 2 в воздушный отсек 8 их торцы на гор чей стороне ротора открываютс  в этот отсек и некоторое врем  остаютс  открытыми на холодной стороне ротора 2 в газовый отсек 7, поскольку плита 3 на гор чей стороне ротора 2 смещена в сторону газового отсека 7. В св зи с образованием резкого перепада давлени  на противоположных торцах камер 10 ротора 2 воздух из воздушного отсека 8 через торцы камер 10 ротора 2 на гор чей стороне последнего с большой скоростью устремл етс  в камеры 10 ротора 2, вытесн   наход щиес  в них дымовые газы через открытую часть торца этих камер 10 в газовый отсек 7. Как только торцы камер 10 ротора 2 на холодной стороне ротора 2 окажутс  перекрытыми основной уплотнительной плнтой 4, скорость потока через камеры 10 резко упадет, а по мере их перекрыти  дополнительной уплотнительной плитой 11 скорость потока будет снижатьс  почти до нул .
