Известна опорна перегородка дл трубного пучка теплообменного аппарата, преимущественно с поперечным движением ереды , содержаща две параллельно расположенные решетки, между которыми размещен зажимной элемент, выполненный в виде набора втулок, имеющих Цилиндрические хвостовики и конические разрезные выступы , причем одна из параллельных решеток вл етс опорной, втора - запирающей; в первой расположены хвостовики, а во второй - выступы втулок {. Недостаток данной перегородки заключаетс в сложности изготовлени и большой -трубоемкости при сборке. Цель изобретени - повышение техно-; логичности. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, чтр за-г жимной элемент выполнен в виде пластины с отверсти ми под трубы,, пучка, снабженными по периметру отогнутыми лепес ками.. Лепестки смежных отверстий по ос м разбивки трубного Пучка отогнуты в противоположные стороны. На фиг. I изображен теплообменный аппарат с перегородкой, поперечный разрез; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. .3 - зажимной Элемент; на фиг. 4 - вариант перегородки, лепестки зажимного элемента которой отогнуты в противоположные стороны. Опорна перегородка 1 содержит две параллельно расположенные рещетки 2, между которыми размещен Зажимной элемент 3,-выполненный в виде пластины с отверсти ми 4 под трубы 5 снабженными по периметру отогнутыми-лепестками 6. В местах располож и смежных труб 5 лепестКи 6 могут быть отогнуты как в одну, так и в противоположные стороны. Отгиб лепестков зажимного элемента в противоположные стороны обеспечивает максимальную плотность трубного пучка. Зажимной элемент может быть изготовлен штамповкой .. The petals of the adjacent holes along the axis of the tube bundle are bent in opposite directions. FIG. I shows a heat exchanger with a partition, cross section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. .3 - clamping element; in fig. 4 is a variant of the partition, the petals of the clamping element of which are bent in opposite directions. The support partition 1 contains two parallel-mounted lattices 2, between which the clamping element 3 is placed, made in the form of a plate with holes 4 under the pipes 5 provided with bent petals 6 around the perimeter. The adjacent pipes 5 lobes 6 can be bent as in one and in opposite directions. The limb of the petals of the clamping element in opposite directions provides the maximum density of the tube bundle.
