Description
The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used primarily in microwave transmitting devices for radar, as well as in installations for accelerating charged particles. According to the main author. St. 429512, an impulse generator is known which contains connected in series to an external source of constant voltage a charging choke, a diode and a forming two-pole device, shunted by a protective diode and connected in series by a load and a switching thyristor. The charger has an additional winding. The control of the thyristor electrode is connected to the common bus through the resistor and the output of the delay unit, which includes a full-wave rectifier whose input is connected to the auxiliary winding, and the output is connected to the base of the transistor, to which the CS chain is also connected. The emitter of the transistor is connected to the common bus. The collector of the transistor is connected through a diode to the control electrode of the thyristor and through a resistor with an output source of triggering pulses of positive polarity tl. However, in a known generator, after the termination of the resonant charge of the two-pole circuit in the throttle, an oscillatory process is induced by the damping, due to the accumulation of energy in the parasitic capacitance. The alternating voltage on the additional winding, due to this pro- ;. The process is rectified by the rectifier and is fed to the CS circuit and the base of the transistor. As a result, the transistor is kept open for some time after the end of the charge of the two-port network. This limits the possibility of reducing the pulse duration period up to the minimum value, which is determined by the duration of the process of the resonance charge of the two-port network. The purpose of the invention is to increase the output pulse frequency. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the pulse generator the charging choke is equipped with an auxiliary winding, which is shunted by a series-connected additional diode and differential circuit, which is connected by a resistor and connected in series by an additional resistor and triac, and the output of the differentiating circuit is connected to the control electrode of the simistor.

Диод 22 защищает управл ющий электрод симистора 21 от напр жений наводок положительной пол рности.where $ 2 is the resonant frequency of the charge circuit of a two-pole 3. The positive part of the voltage period Uj, corresponding to the interval Q ± 5T, through diode 17 goes to resistor 18 and the differentiating chain from capacitor 19 and resistor 20. At its output (resistor 20) at the time The -tsjr termination of the charging process of the two-pole 3 produces a negative pulse arriving at the control electrode of the triac 21. Triac 21 is unlocked and through the resistor 24 it shunts the winding 23 of the throttle 1 with any voltage sign on it. Due to this, the oscillatory process that occurs in the inductor 1 after the termination of the charge of the two-terminal 3, very quickly fades out and the voltage at the base of the transistor 11 quickly drops to zero. As a result, almost immediately after the end of the charge of the two-pole 3, the control electrode of the thyristor 5 can receive start-up pulses from source 16. A diode 22 protects the control electrode of the triac 21 from pickups of positive polarity.
