85-86°. The invention relates to a pulp sampling technique that is widely used in many industrial sectors, in particular, when testing pulp minerals and their enrichment products at beneficiation plants. Sampling devices are known that they are equipped with a set of sampling blades for testing horizontal, vertical and inclined flows l. The disadvantages of such devices from the wearer inability to select before. a powerful test with one knife at any angle of the pulp flow. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a device for sampling, including a sampling knife with end faces and side edges, plates that form a right angle slot and an outlet, one of the side faces with respect to the longitudinal side the slit is located at an acute angle, and the other is under a blunt 2. A disadvantage of this device is the inability to take a representative sample of the knife from a pulp stream moving at angles close to vertical, because the flow of the pulp at an angle w close to the vertical, the direction of flow, the pulp is almost perpendicular to the plane of the side edge of the knife (bottom), naturally, when it is struck on the face, splashing occurs, and as a result of the backwater created by the newly arriving pulp flow it settles in the upper part of the side edge of the knife, which causes clarification of the sample. The purpose of the invention is to provide representative sampling with one knife from a stream of pulp moving at any angle to the horizon. 3 This goal is achieved by the fact that in a pulp sampling device containing a sampling knife with end parallel edges and side edges, the plates forming a rectangular slot and you. The inlet pipe, with one of the side faces with respect to the longitudinal side of the slit, is located at an acute angle, and the other is under a blunt, lateral face, located at an acute angle to the longitudinal side of the slit, in the upper part there is a curvature of at least 1 / 4 the length of the slit and directed a concave surface to the source, while the obtuse angle exceeds the sharp value of 85-86 °. The illustration shows the proposed pulp unit dp device, general view; figure 2 - view aa in fig.I. The pulp sampling device contains a sampling knife I with two end parallel faces and 3 and side faces 4 and S, which are unequally inclined to the axis of the nozzle 6 at an acute angle (L. The knife 1 is equipped with plates 7, with which the width of the slit is adjusted The side face 4 is located with respect to the longitudinal side of the knife slot at an acute angle} 5 and ia of the upper part contains a curvilinear section 8 with a radius of curvature n less than 1/4 of the length of the lead, the side face 5 with respect to the longitudinal side is inclined at an obtuse angle at
3.this obtuse angle exceeds the sharp by the value of 85-86. The fastening is carried out, for example, by means of a hinge, which allows the knife to be rotated in a plane parallel to the face face m 2 and 3.
The device works as follows.
90°.When the drive is turned on, the sampling knife 1 reciprocates in a horizontal plane (in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. At the same time, any stream with an angle of movement from 0 to 90 ° intersects at an optimal angle.
In any of these positions, one of the side edges of the knife (4 or bj is the bottom, in which the selected sample comes from the side, one of the side edges relative to the longitudinal side of the slit is at an acute angle, and the other is blunt, distinguishing so that, for the purpose of representative sampling by a single knife from a stream of pulp moving at any angle to the horizon, the side face is at an acute angle to the longitudinal side of the slit, in the upper part it is curved with a radius of curvature of at least 1/4 of the slit lengthand directed by a concave surface towards the stream, with an obtuse angle exceeding the sharp angle of 85-86. At the same time, in extreme positions, while testing the horizontal flow of pulp due to the same flow direction and the inclination of the side face 5 and the angle of the slope of the face 5 , the removal of the sample from the knife by gravity is guaranteed, and when testing the vertical flow of pulp due to the curvilinear (rounded) section 8 of the side face 4 and the difference between the blunt and the rest of the ANGLE equal to 85-86, the entire sample is fed by gravity into the nozzle 6. Thus, this technical The solution allows you to select a representative sample from a pulp stream moving at any angle with one knife. Such a constructive solution eliminates sedimentation of the solid component of the pulp in the upper part of the bottom when sampling from vertical or close to it pulp flows and creates good conditions for selecting a representative sample, which provides economic advantages of the device.
