Description
(54) MONORAIL PATH
The invention relates to overhead monorail transport, in particular to overhead monorail roads. A monorail track is known that contains successively disposed rails interconnected in the upper and lower parts by means of lugs fixed on them and connecting elements placed in the holes of the lugs, and rail fastening elements D The disadvantage of this rail route is the insufficient reliability of the lower bearing both the bottom lugs are made with large gaps, as a result of which the connecting element perceives large dynamic loads, as well as It is necessary to dismantle such a monorail track if it is necessary to replace an outdated section of the monorail inside the tracks, since for this it is necessary to raise adjacent sections to break the joint to a greater height. All this reduces the effectiveness of the path. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the mono-path route. To achieve this goal, one of the lugs located in the lower part of the rail is made with an emphasis placed in a groove made in the second eye, and the holes in these lugs for the connecting element are provided in said anvil and the groove. In addition, the lugs are located in the same vertical transverse plane, and the mating surfaces of the anvil and the groove are conical. Figure 1 shows the monorail track, a general view; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - butt connection of rails; in fig. 4 - then. same, side view; figure 5 - section aa on fig.Z; figure 6-cut BB to fig.Z. The monorail track contains successive rails 1, which are suspended from the lining of the suspension 2 and are reinforced by extensions 3. The rails 1 are connected with the help of upper lugs 4 and lower lugs 5 and b, welded to the lower part of the rail 1, and tension bolts 7, connecting elements.
Коническа наружна поверхность упора 8 и паза а обеспечивает податливость стыка в вертикальной плоскости .The eyelet 6 is made with an anvil 8 that fits into the groove a, made in the eyelet 5. In this case, the loads are transferred through the anvil 8 of the eyelet b directly to the eyelet 5, and the fastening bolt 7 is unloaded from the loads acting during the road operation. The conical outer surface of the anvil 8 and groove a provides the joint flexibility in a vertical plane.
Such a butt joint provides the required strength and reliability in operation and at the same time allows to simplify the assembly and disassembly of the monorail sections, since the upper and lower lugs at each end of the rail are welded coaxially in the vertical plane.
To dismantle the sections of the track, it is sufficient to release them from the clamping bolts, after which free removal of the section in the lateral direction is provided, excluding the work on raising and extending the sections.
The use of a monorail track will significantly reduce the laboriousness of assembly and assembly work, increase the operational reliability of the monorail as a whole, and consequently, its efficiency.
